Crossover pairings are fun. Arguably, they can be one of the best parts of panfandom RP. After all, there's nothing quite like that spark when two characters just "click," especially when it was completely unplanned. AWESOME.

Unfortunately, in a lot of shipping memes here and elsewhere, the environment isn't really conducive to spontaneity. People usually just stick to castmates or close friends, and don't tag out due to lack of knowledge of canons or just plain intimidation. That's not fun for those of us who want to throw caution out the windows and just try crazy things.

This meme's for you, risk takers, crack shippers, or people who just want something new. All there is to do is fill out a tiny blurb so that people who don't know your canon will have some idea about your character. Then, go. Play. Don't let anything stop you. Don't know where to go with an idea? Wing it! The prompts here are not the super specific variety that most ship memes have, where you almost have to have canon knowledge. Want to reply to a character but have no idea where to begin? Make things up! The more creative, the better.

The Steps
- Make a comment with your character, canon, preferences, etc in the subject. If you're feeling really spunky, fill out this super easy form. Just the basics. If not, leave your comment blank. IDK it's your life.

What kind of character they'd be attracted to: Strong, outgoing types.

- Comment to other characters! Use the RNG, first rolling for category (1-3) and then for prompt.
- This meme was created for crossovers, and that's heavily encouraged, but no one is going to hunt you down if you play with a castmate. Just try to remember the purpose of the meme, okay?
- HAVE FUN

Two Ways to Play
#1 (the buildup)
- Start with the first category, which is how the characters meet. Play that as you see fit. THEN, do a timeskip! If you don't know what that means, it's when you handwave that time has past. Assume the characters have known each other for a while. Move on to a prompt in the next category. Rinse, repeat. You can build a relationship!

#2 (the regular)
- Just play it as usual. Roll for category, then for prompt.

About: Born and raised in the life, by a world of grizzly men and women hunters, in a bar that catered to them, ran away from her mother (who didn't want her to be a hunter) to be a hunter. Sassy, smart-mouthed. Young. Able to take care of herself. Rebellious streak a mile long. Dedication to the road and hunting that goes deeper than breathing.

What kind of character they'd be attracted to: Strong, dependable, fighters. People who can take it and dish it. But really I'm in for the hilarity of anything. Throw someone at her and I will totally try and wrap it into working and just roll with it!

Name: Ariel, Prince of Atlantica, Son of Triton
Canon: The Little Mermaid - Disney and/or HCA - Rule 63
About: The youngest son of Triton is stubborn, adventurous, tends to put his fin where his mouth is. He's very curious about the human world. So much so that he went there to follow his heart. He is a talented singer and has a thirst for knowledge, wanting to break free of his mer-self, and is very loyal to his friends.

What kind of character they'd be attracted to: Adventurers, those who care about others, caretakers. Open for anything, though :)

Name: Rogue
Canon: X-Men Films (Specifically post-Days of Future Past)
About: Sassy southern belle mutant who has survived a war and the literal end of the world she's known. Her mutation has made it impossible for her to safely have skin-to-skin contact with others, meaning most people are usually afraid of being near her, and so she craves physical affection of any sort even while being wary of it.
What kind of character they'd be attracted to: People who are genuinely good (especially those who don't always show it on the surface), complex, or have strong conviction and the best intentions. Her mutation and experiences have shown her the darkest parts of humanity, and all she wants is to have someone she can trust to not hurt her.

[Would prefer to play the buildup route, starting at the beginning of things and then potentially skipping time. Open to assuming CR and just jumping in, though. Also, I'm happy to give her at least partial control over her powers to make things a little easier, just let me know!]

Name: Ruby
Canon: Dragon's Crown
About: Please excuse the journal name, I was creatively bankrupt the day I made her. Ruby is a sorceress, a with elemental and support spells. She's easily bored and prone to wanderlust, always on the lookout for lost magic and relics. A helping of gold and jewels doesn't hurt, either. (I'm more than happy to fit her into a modern setting if desired, though!)
What kind of character they'd be attracted to: Most people are in with a chance, but she does prefer people she can depend on, and those that are honest with her. Mun is willing to give anyone a try, though!

Name: Henry Lonsdale
Canon: In The Flesh
About: A high school student that died of illness and then rose from the dead during the Pale Wars and was subsequently medicated back into coherence until he rejoined society, for better or worse. He's not a confrontational person, a follower rather than a leader, and a little bit jumpy.

What kind of character they'd be attracted to: Someone better at talking to people than he is, strong and independent, stubborn and action-oriented. Maybe someone that doesn't mind talking to a dead kid. Shipping is preferably M/F but I am always open to seeing where something goes on the fly, as long as things still feel in-character.

Name: Soleil
Canon: Fire Emblem Fates
About: A charismatic mercenary who adventures around doing heroic deeds and seducing young women. She is an endless source of energy and optimism. She loves cute things and cute animals and does her best to be cute herself. She is unfazed by the opinions of others and does whatever she wants, for better or worse.

I'm okay with AU-ing her into a modern setting or other canons.

What kind of character they'd be attracted to: Cute girls, but she also likes female-passing men. So long as they meet that criteria, she can find something positive and attractive in most anyone.
