[[Steve in bodyguard position, prefer someone open to angst or smut.]]
[ooc: I'm open to both angst and smut. Could have it be Steve is guarding Sarah because she's a clone (which is part of her canon), but one of HYDRA's pet projects?]
So holy crap I missed seeing this response I am so sorry, hope you forgive me
[ Probably doing the guarding, but open for discussion. ]
[The guard. Unless you're Impa.]
[ooc: Could be either role. M/F for shipping]
[ooc: Could be either role. Also available as HYDRA agent.]
[The guarded. Playing off a post-DoFP AU, so cross-canon is loved. If any MCU folks are interested, would love to have her on the run from HYDRA and/or SHIELD.]
( Super Saiyan bodyguard at your service. )
[OOC: The Guarded.]
[When the ship Jack was on had wrecked he'd thought he was done for, but it hadn't stopped him from begging whatever fates or gods or kings of the sea were listening to save him. Something had been listening and against all odds, against all hopes, he had been saved.
He'd never expected to live, but he'd expected even less to be saved by supernatural forces, supernatural forces who required a payment in return for their services. They weren't interested in gold or jewels, oh no, his rescuer was the King of Atlantica, he had all the gold and jewels he could want.
No, Triton's request had been a little different. Jack was to play bodyguard to his youngest son, Ariel...]

( mind guarding another "last true hope of the universe" type, Luke? she's a princess, even! just ignore the unprincesslike behavior, on occasion... )
please excuse...this. if there's a problem lemme know.
It's great!! I'm SO sorry this is so late I had a very crazy week!
(the last person in the world you want as your guard, or a prisoner in need of guarding/escort while being transported)
Spiderman / peter parker desu | marvel's civil war | OTA
( just your friendly neighborhood spidey reporting for duty! )
[ Can be either side, both of which I'm comfortable playing. Feel free to PM if you have questions. ]
i'll be slow once i'm back at work so all good. also feel free to switch to brackets
[ Can need protection as a noble, or be guarding someone as a soldier. Friendly, tiny mage at your service! ]
[Most likely the bodyguard.]
[SO I've only read the first volume of IDW but I've read up a little on Alopex. Layle here is a magician mercenary in canon, so I'm imagining we could transplant him into IDW-verse by having him be a psychic hired by the Foot and Alopex is the bodyguard, and as they work together they slowly start falling for each other... does that sound interesting to you? Or would you rather have an entire new AU-verse situation with the two of them?]
[Tall, devilish, and packing heat - definitely the bodyguard. Ladies only for shipping, info over here.]
I am willing to try out being the guarded one, but guard might make more sense.
This entire thing was stupid.
Maine was supposed to have things under control. Supposed to be able to have his own back, to be able to take care of himself. He'd always been the brute force, the one who made sure they always had everything in hand because all else failed, he was there to clean up. To cover for what the rest of them couldn't handle. It wasn't supposed to be this, where he was too off-kilter by everything to have their backs.
But Sigma whispered, just often enough to start to be a problem, and his performance suffered. In little ways, at first, a little slower here, a little more trigger-happy there, a little too reckless a little more often, a little too aggressive. But he could manage. He still got through, still closed the deal as they needed it.
Why Wash kept following him around, though, well that he couldn't quite put together.
So finally one day, after they'd debriefed, he spun on his heel to stare at him when he could practically feel him lurking after him, something probing, as if he could will him to come clean just by glaring.

[Most likely the one being guarded and being difficult about it (but playing in traffic is fun), also willing to play guard, but why would you want that?]
[He would be the one being guarded.]
