You know the trope. You probably know the song! No need to explain here. Now, you can play out your student/teacher desires!
"Student/teacher" is used very loosely here. You could play out someone getting with their tutor, a player wanting their coach, or even a person who's been lusting after somebody who taught them how to macramé.
Usually, a certain amount of ageplay is implied with student/teacher, but it's not necessary! Anyone can teach another person of the same age, after all.
Comment with your character and preferences. Be sure to be specific with said preferences by including exactly what side you want to play or some possible scenarios. How serious or dark or fluffy or sexy the threads are depend on you.
[My OC here, Valdis, sounds like she might be right up his alley. She's cunning, manipulative and almost always in it for herself. She's also essentially immortal and regenerates from any injury. She is 2500 years old, but I can age her down...oh, and she's a hellhound, but I can AU if you wish.]
Infiltrating this institute of higher learning hadn't been too incredibly difficult for one who possessed her charms and it most certainly helped that she had conned a rich man to pay for it all. Surviving in the human world long term required certain things that she didn't have, like a degree, but the college courses had been fairly easy so far. The history class was by far the most interesting. Valdis had figured some time ago that the teacher was a Vampire and an old one at that. Probably rich too, which made him even more interesting. They had verbally sparred a few times in class, she had visited his office a few times to discuss assignments and she had even dared to playfully and almost innocently flirt. Now she found herself, not shyly, knocking on the door to his home, the assigned book in her arms, wondering if he had guessed anything yet.
Teaching at the university held several advantages for Elijah: it gave him a way to occupy his time away from his family, as teaching was something he enjoyed; he had access to the research libraries and faculties which also occupied his interest; and last but not least he had a whole campus of students providing an easy food source.
None of them had ever paid a visit to his home, though. That was new. So when Elijah opened his door to be greeted by one of his students, he raised an eyebrow.
"Val. What are you doing here?"
Office hours were over, hence why he wasn't in his office, and he could only assume that some kind of emergency had brought her here. If not that, she was being very cheeky. He wouldn't put that past her, he thought, remembering their last few conversations.
She smiled brilliantly when he opened the door, her fair features lighting up as if the smile was truly sincere. She knew she was pretty enough without the smile, but smiles were disarming, comforting.
"I was doing the reading and came across a certain term that I simply had to do more research on and it made me realize something."
Despite her smile, there was now a mischievous glint in her eyes, "But I figured it would be better to tell you about it directly, without potential eavesdroppers." She paused, then said, "May I come in?'
She wanted something. That was his immediate conclusion on seeing her smile like that, almost like an apology for calling on him at home except that she didn't look sorry at all. Elijah gave her a measured look. A term in the reading that she wanted to discuss in private. Right. If this was all some elaborate scheme and she was actually a vampire hunter, she was going to get rather a shock.
Well, he supposed he'd have to find out. After holding her gaze for a second or two, trying to find any hint of deception in her eyes, Elijah sighed and stepped back, holding the door open for her.
She almost pranced inside the house, keeping up the spunky, flirty persona that the majority of the professors were used to seeing from her. She had very few qualms about what she was doing, survival was, after all, her main goal.
"Oh, I don't think you'd want to discuss this at the college." She winked at him and headed toward his living room, setting the history book down on the coffee table and making herself comfortable on the couch before pulling out a library book titled Vampires: Facts and Fiction.
"I found this one very interesting," she said as she set it down next to the school book.
Talk about making herself at home. Elijah's apartment was open plan, the dining room and lounge all in one space, the furnishings modern and minimalist. There was a general lack of personal possessions or photographs on display. He did have a couple of full bookcases, as befitted a college professor, and a pile of papers he had yet to grade on the coffee table. Otherwise the place was spotless.
She took a seat on his couch like she owned the place. Elijah folded his arms, leaning against the doorway of the lounge, and frowned when she pulled out the vampire book.
Was this a joke?
"I teach history," he said. "Not mythology."
If this was her roundabout way of telling him that she knew what he was, she had better spit it out sooner rather than later. Whatever game she was playing, she had him suspicious already.

Elaine had only been tutoring Cale for a short time, but it hadn't taken long to recognize his power, or the potential that he had in him for even more. She had to admire him for seeking help in learnignhow to control that power--because she knew first hand just how seductive magic like that could be. How it could burn through a person's body and soul like a hard drug, and leave them nothing but an empty shell.
It wasn't magic itself that was good, or evil, of course. It was how you used it. And she was utterly dedicated to helping young witches and warlocks like Caleb learn how to use their power safely, for the good of those around them. Caleb seemed equally dedicated, and he was such a quick study that teachin him had kept Elaine on her toes. Sometimes literally.
