The door was cruel enough, in its judgment, with its changed lock. Though, what did she expect? They broke up, she broke up with him over two months ago. Not much of a word in between that time either. But she couldn't hold it off any longer.

She was wrong, foolish, stupid, young and naive. She didn't realize what she had with him, nor what she really wanted with him.
