2. OLDER SIBLING & YOUNGER SIBLING: If the parents aren't in the picture, someone has to take care of business.
3. OTHER FAMILIAL RELATIONSHIP: Keepin' it in the family.
4. TEACHER & STUDENT: Don't stand, don't stand so, don't stand so close to me...at least not during schools hours.
5. DOCTOR & PATIENT: An apple a day keeps the doctor away, unless you want to play.
6. CUSTOMER & STRIPPER/DANCER/HOOKER: Older people have the money, younger people need the money. Surely something can be worked out.
7. JAILBAIT: One of you better watch out, because this is trouble with a capital T.
8. THE BABYSITTER: ...you've seen the porn. I don't have to describe this.
9. CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURES: If you don't see something you want, make it up.

[Age gap? Since when was this a subject to discuss about? Boss quirks an eyebrow, tilting his head as he (seriously) tries to understand the meaning of this conversation. Was it something he heard? Any rumor spread in between their men? And if so, why would they care?]

What part of our age gap? Something bothering you?

Not bothering me as such, I'm just....worried about your health lately. We're both not as young as we used to be and I wouldn't want to put extra strain on you.

[Certainly, for a fact, they weren't as young as they used to nine years ago. Nothing to argue about that. Now, on the other hand, when Kaz mentions about putting an extra strain on him… exactly what was that about? Was it Quiet? Was it harder missions to come? Extra efforts on rising their troops' morale? A better care on DD?]

[Unless Kaz was speaking about something else and he was missing entirely the point.]

[This was all so difficult for Kaz to try and explain to Boss, yet he wanted to try and be as truthful as possible. His feelings mattered and so did Boss's.]

[Kaz hadn't the limbs to feel a feather bed even if they did have them at Mother Base. All men had to sleep in the same beds, commanding officers and basic D-rank soldiers. Diamond Dogs are all about being equal. Kaz only knows that.

This place Tonraq has been teleported to is a strange one, that much is for sure. It's a library, he recognizes that much - but it's unlike any in his world he knows. The tomes cover the room from floor to ceiling, and the titles are written in a language he doesn't recognize.

All things considered, he makes for a curious sight in all his chieftain regalia as he picks out a volume at random and flips it open to a random page.
