[ Though naturally reserved and unfazed, Fran could hardly be called cruel. After stumbling across the unconscious woman within the forest, she and her partner shared a fleeting glance to which he gave a sigh and disgruntled fine. From there, the hume was carried to safety while Fran branched off in search of various herbs. Careful inspection had deduced her wounds were fresh, inflicted by a blade of some sort.
With this knowledge Fran worked swiftly and efficiently once she returned, discomfort fading gradually from the woman's expression once she was left to recover.
In the late of night, Fran had become preoccupied inspecting and repairing her weapons. She stopped suddenly, peering over her shoulder when keen ears caught the sound of footsteps. ]
