No grave can hold my body down. I'll crawl home to her.
smut meme; ![]() They may be a rambler, a gambler, always on the run, a wanted criminal, someone with a higher calling, or just not the type to spend time with you (which may be fine by you), yet somehow, they'll always find their way back to your door. And they'll, again and again, find themselves wanting you, for support, for healing, for feeling alive, for venting frustration and anger, for anything and everything at all. You'll welcome them with open arms...and an open bed, because you want them, too.

we'll just assume he knows where she lives
He dropped the glamour of the All-Father as soon as he reached a very familiar city on Midgard. At first, he had wandered here in search of Jane. He was half curious to see how his brother was fairing even if he couldn't show his face. He abandoned the throne for love. Loki couldn't parse how something so fleeting, and so simple, could sway Thor's heart.
Instead of finding Jane, perhaps he just took the wrong address out of a database. The security here is much lower than elsewhere in the galaxy but then the information is hit or miss with accuracy.
A very cruel part of him wanted to see Jane's face as soon as she opened the door. He is an illusionist. Why did they expect him to be dead? Not even the vicious tendrils of the Void tore him apart so why the blade of his mother's killer?
As soon as the door opens: ]
I hope you don't mind an impromptu visit. What with Thor's obsession we'll in-laws.
[ His only real excuse for being here? Living the life of someone else's life wasn't fulfilling and it didn't suit his ego. Besides, the prisoners he wanted out of Asgard's dungeons were already long gone. ]

It also allowed her privacy and, as importantly, Jane as well. Not that she made a terrible roommate, but Darcy could only take so much of her and Thor being all lovey dovey all over the damn place before she wanted to scream. She did miss seeing Thor wander around without a shirt though. Laundry day had always been fun.
The apartment wasn’t anything impressive, but it was larger than any dorm room she’d ever stayed in, and it was clean and totally hers. It was also two blocks away from some kick ass Thai restaurant she ordered take-out from once a week. Maybe more. Who was keeping count?
The city outside was sleepy. It was late evening, and though it wasn’t quite cold enough to keep people indoors, snow drifted down from the sky and began to steadily accumulate. Darcy sat by a window, mug of hot cocoa in hand, watching the white flakes and trying to decide if she felt like going out for dinner or ordering in. It was a rare weekend off; Thor was off with the Avengers fighting bad guys and Jane had tagged along for some incomprehensible reason. Something to do with the science mumbo jumbo she had been talking to Stark about. Regardless, Darcy was left to her own devices.
Which was why when she answered the door, she was barefoot and wearing a gray Captain America t-shirt and comfortable yoga pants. She hadn’t been expecting company.
Especially from a dead guy.
It was clear immediately that he’d been expecting Jane. Unsurprising; everyone preferred Jane, forgot Darcy even existed. Why wouldn’t Loki be the same?
Shit. Loki was alive. Darcy fought against the panic, reminding herself that he’d saved Jane’s life. Died protecting Thor. Except he totally wasn’t dead unless her cocoa had gone bad and she was now hallucinating.]
What the…you’re…but…
[Darcy shook her head, trying to force her thoughts into coherence. She glanced down the hallway, noting with relief that no one else was around.]
Get in here before someone sees you.

He misses all of his friends- and he feels very fortunate that Shouyou also chose his college and was a cute new freshman that Yuu tended to guard with his life. They talked about Karasuno, their highlights and of course Hinata asked if there was a team here and it was all so nostalgic. But all it did was make him miss his other friends even more.
And perhaps someone in particular.
So when he had the chance to go back home for winter break he took it- of course that didn't guarantee that he'd be back home for break either, but it didn't matter. He'd see the others. It was on the train home, though, that he swallowed his nerves and decided to send him a text.]
hey, suga. haven't texted you much and i'm sorry. exams were hard and all that studying broke my brain. are you gonna be home for the break? i'm actually on my way. my train is arriving in an hour and i'm nervous. is it weird to be nervous???

Suga missed everyone, though he kept in contact with Daichi and Asahi as well as he could. He was pleasantly surprised to see Akaashi from Fukurodani at his college where they bonded over different things and became good friends. Still, even among new friends, volunteering on the team, and the literature club he joined it still didn't stop the ache from his chest at night.
When winter break rolled around Suga decided to go home. After his semester he welcomed the break. While he was excited to see everyone seeing Noya again made him nervous. He made it home and thought about texting him. Suga couldn't wait to see everyone again, but he grew nervous at the thought of seeing him again. He stared at his phone when it went off.
Suga saw the familiar name pop up as a smile and a wave of relief passed through him.]
Hi Noya ^^ It's alright, I understand. Exams were hard on me too. Yeah I'm already home I got back a few hours ago. Oh, you are? I can meet you at the station. Unless someone is coming to pick you up then I can meet you later. No, it's alright to be nervous because I am too.
[Suga sent the message and pressed his warm face against his hands. Well, he did it. He was going to see Noya soon. He hoped so.]

no, no one is coming to get me. i was gonna walk or something. if you want to meet me at the station that would be cool. but... only if you want to koushi.
[Only if he wanted to. Because he didn't know where they stood and he didn't want to assume anything, it gets him into trouble.]
