4. Burns. Location, location, location. Let's pray this one isn't on your ass.
5. Concussion. No, they're most likely not holding up fifteen fingers.
6. Other. I'm not a doctor.

HOW'D IT HAPPEN.
1. Stupidity. You did this to yourself.
2. Accident. Is an unintentional attack still an attack?
3. Attack. Don't lie, you deserved it.
4. Other. It's probably still your own fault.

WHERE'D IT HAPPEN.
1. Home. Did you remember to invest in a first aid kit?
2. School/Work. This should be excellent for getting you out of doing stuff!
3. Outdoors. Predators like the smell of blood. Clean up asap.
4. In the water. Hopefully there aren't any sharks!
5. Other. Like a hospital. That'd be handy.

Those in the First Order were used to Kylo Ren causing damage, not receiving it. As far as lightsabers were concerned, a gash across the face was definitely a minor injury. The bowcaster shot, probably less so, but nothing a bacta tank couldn't fix once they arrived to the next base.

In the meantime, though...

This was all, Vrenille maintained, Keserhn's fault. The sylvari who had lately become his mentor was just weird in more ways than one. Most recently that weird was manifesting in a long list of structures that Vrenille was meant to scale, jump, or climb, usually with very little reward at the end for having done so.

Today's assignment consisted of a vague far-off gaze and a dreamy declaration that the plateau at the top of yonder ruins "looks like a perfect place for strawberries; why don't you go see if there are any."

And so here Vrenille is, trying to make his way to the top of said ruins up a crumbling facade that threatens to fall out from under him with each step, and cursing Keserhn's name under his breath with every new pebble that goes bouncing down to the ground below.

When he indeed (almost inevitably) loses his footing and misses a step, he manages to call out some loose semblance of warning:

"Shit!"

At least he doesn't have very far to fall. Maybe that person below will kindly break his fall if they don't move fast enough to get out of his way...

Snow. She remembered snow...and little droplets of blood peppering the top of it. She remembered the searing pain in her side and her face. What she did not remember was how she got aboard the Falcon.

Wait. What? No. No. This wasn't possible. What was she...

Like a skittish animal, she clamored to her feet, ignoring the dizziness she felt and the pounding in her head. Almost instinctively she reached for her lightsaber, frowning when she found it gone. Not that she was particularly surprised. Wasn't that what you did with a prisoner? Disarm them?

And she had no doubt that was exactly what she was, no matter what the others might say...

Letting out a shuttering breath, she fought another wave of dizziness, resting her hand on the nearby wall.

Since a good chunk of Heaven's work involved writing things down and recording things they observed or said or planned out in meetings, Lucifel had brought up a lot of modern tools to make their lives easier. Pens, pencils, erasers, markers, bookshelves, and..scissors. None of which any of the Angels thought could harm them, if they used them all correctly. If they were used correctly.

Of course, this meant that when one Angel didn't use the scissors correctly near where Raphael was reading, he closed his book and went to investigate, only to find Semyaza with a bleeding hand, which both shocked and worried him. It wasn't normal for Angels to get injured, after all, and seeing it wasn't very pleasant.

"Semyaza?! What happened? If you want, I can heal you, but how did you hurt yourself?"

[The academy should have been better prepared than this, but then again, you probably don't assume for professional idols to go about hurting themselves so easily when they're not out performing. Reiji has to wonder just how on Earth Otoya managed to sprain his ankle. He was far more animated than Ittoki for sure, but he was just as responsible, right?]
