They had met at some charity gala with Fisk running for office now, not only was their more to cover up, but their were parties to attended, and elbows to rub.

Wesley always playing the dutiful right hand, it was moments like this that he used to blow off steam though. But he found himself honestly enjoying Potts' company.

"Would you care to leave?" He asks watching as Wilson chats carefully with Tony Stark about rebuilding plans in Hell's Kitchen. "I've been released for the evening." He says lips twitching as he takes another sip of wine.

[ Blue had never been one for relationships. Or anything romantic. She dreamed of it sometimes, in the dark corners of her mind where she could have the things she wanted but in the present never could have. Her first love was supposed to die when she kissed him, that put a damper on all things regarding romance. But then there was Gansey. Richard Gansey the Third. A boy she couldn't really get out of her head whatsoever. He stayed there comfortably, tugging at her heartstrings like no one else ever had and she hated it. She hated the way her heart fluttered, the way he made her want to kiss him because she couldn't. She wanted Gansey to live, she couldn't be selfish. But here she was, sitting at Monmouth waiting for him because she had nothing else to do. ]

[ Shortly thereafter, a key is turned into the shoddy lock and the door is pushed open to reveal the very person Blue is thinking about right now.

Strangely enough, or maybe it's not so strange, but he's alone. Ronan is off doing whatever it is Ronan does when he's brooding. Adam's working his third of his five million jobs. Noah's no where to be seen (again), and Gansey is all right with that. The boys are rightfully termed 'codependent' but every now and then it's nice not to be attached at the hip to his best friends. Not for very long, of course, but ... long enough.

He dumps the keys to the Pig on the desk by his bed, following a routine that's more muscle memory than anything, with very little attention paid to the rest of his surroundings - or to Blue. His mind is preoccupied with thoughts of his friends, of Glendower, and, well, of Blue. It isn't until he glances up and towards the open space that he even notices her small, petite frame so out of place amongst the roughened brickwork, the old books and mismatched furniture. And yet somehow not out of place at all.

She's here. He'd just been thinking of her and she's here.

His eyes brighten. ]

Jane. Hi. I can't say I was expecting to see you here.

[ It was a little amusing to watch Gansey go about his routine, not even spotting her sitting there as he moves about his home with what she suspects to be his usual routine. She brings her knee to her chin, resting it there as she watches him with interest, wondering just how long it was going to take him to notice that she was sitting right there. She begins to play with the hem of her shirt, watching him still before a small smile appears on her face as he notices her. There's a flutter, she can feel it and she suddenly hates herself for it. But she keeps the smile on her face before she tucks a strand of hair behind her ear as she replies. ]

Hi. I.. was bored. I thought Noah would be here.

Ah. [ Of course. Noah.

Gansey is quite glad that Blue and Noah hit it off pretty much immediately; theirs is a friendship that he can watch with a warm feeling in his heart. The way Noah pays such close attention to Blue, and the way Noah's the only one Blue will allow to pet the short tufts of her dark hair when she's got it pinned up in such a way.

He comes over to join her, kicking his shoes off in the process. ]
