It was tradition. [ Said like this somehow explains everything. Except, of course, that it really doesn't. Mankind is a ridiculous, suspicious species when you get right down to it.


This, at least, doesn't seem to have really changed.

There's bound to be some information somewhere about it, if only he'd dig hard enough, though the sad thing is that he's probably not entirely wrong. Mistletoe is a tradition that dates back even further than her day, though its roots were far more bloody in nature. ]

But then I forget what an enlightened new age this is supposed to be.

It might lack a certain elegance but it's no less effective.
