Dubcon meme


This meme is one big bastion of potential triggers, and this is your warning.

Whether it gets awkward and painful or if it goes perfectly smooth, generally speaking the basic fundamentals of sex are the same: there are two (or more) attracted parties who both decide to act on that attraction. If there's not attraction involved, there's still a mutual consent involved. If it's not mutual, there's a problem in the line somewhere...but what about when there's strong grounds for that mutual consent to be disputed on one or both sides?

Sometimes, things get a little bit (or quite a lot) dubious.

Step One: Post your character with Name/fandom/preferences, and be sure to consider just how closely to what side of dubious consent you're willing to walk (slightly dubious, or very obviously invalid)

Step Two: Others respond, rolling up or choosing a scenario.

Step Three: One or both parties get consent all muddled up.

Step Four: Deal with the fall out afterward, if you choose.

1-4 are more mutual dubious consent, and easier to walk the line of consent. 5-9 are more one sided and walk the line of non-consent.

1. Outside coercion - On display, or some perverted laws, or maybe there's a breeding facility of some sort.

2. Aphrodisiacs - Accidental or on purpose, one or both have been doused heavily in some sort of irresistible aphrodisiacs.

3. Biological imperative - Baby-making (or many attempts) must happen NOW. For the sake of children, or just to survive something.

4. Intoxication - Beer goggles and impaired judgement.

5. Illicit substances - Lack of any judgment whatsoever, nor probable recollection.

6. Sleeping - Sleeping may not be 'yes' but it's also not 'no'.

7. Control - Through actual control or some sort of blackmail, the 'yes' probably isn't sincere.

8. Trickery - Deceit and misrepresentation of one party to convince the other.

9. Manipulation - Bedazzle and confuse them somehow into saying yes when they normally wouldn't.

10. Wildcard - Some form of dubious consent circumstances not listed.

[When you were as weak as Foxface was - a mere "5" on her training score with the Game Makers - you were a target before you ever entered the arena. You were threatened, sabotaged, kicked, and generally treated like you were already dead.

It was a lot to take. Resentment and helpless anger tended to build with no way to vent it besides training harder and harder and knowing it wasn't enough. The red headed girl was tired of feeling weak and helpless and doomed - she wanted a bit of the power for herself.

The Game Makers had thrown them a party that night. There had been beer, champagne, whiskey - twenty three of them were going to die in a few days, so why not let them have some fun now? Being the scrawny, rangy girl that she was, even the little that she'd drunk had gone straight to Foxface's head. She'd caught herself watching Katniss, and thinking.

If she'd been a bit more sober, the girl might have wondered at how easy it was to get out of her own room and break into the District 12 suite, that Katniss' door had somehow been left completely unlocked. But she wasn't, so she didn't. She just eased Katniss bedroom door shut behind her, and this time she did lock it, and she approached District 12's tribute where she was asleep in her bed.]

He sees the way sleep holds her in the way that it evades him. The walls of the tent make him restless but it is not a restlessness to leave and walk in the emptiness outside. It is a restlessness for her. Setting the lamp on the ground, Almásy follows its low glow to the bed and the girl laying asleep on the sheets. He simply stares down at her for a long time, studying the way her limbs are positioned and how her hair spills like a silent fire on the pillow.

When he finally moves it's to sit down beside her. His hand touches her knee lightly, stroking over it and then traveling along the path of her thigh in a slow caress. He starts to undress her carefully, not afraid that she will run away when she wakes up but simply wishing to stall the moments when sleep shakes free. The indecency of this is blurred by his lips on her skin. She's very pale despite the harsh desert sun and he caresses her more with her eyes than his fingers while he's freeing the last of her clothes and setting them beside her.

He doesn't really need the light to explore her. When he turns her away from him on her side, his fingers run down her spine, rising over the curve of her ass before slipping between her thighs. He claims her cunt with his fingers first, toying with her before he pushes them inside of her. He moves them in and out of her unhurriedly, ignoring the desire the rises to gather her up in his lap right now.
