Damn you, spruce bark beetles!

the BAD MOVIE NIGHT meme
- ◘Post your character with their name and canon in the subject line.
◘Your character and the character(s) who tag are now watching a bad movie together. Maybe they're using it for a drinking game. Maybe they're just mocking it. Maybe they're even filming reaction videos. You decide.
◘No RNG options - just pick whatever movie you love to hate. If you can't decide on one, Birdemic, Plan 9 from Outer Space, or anything listed here is always a good choice.
Sure ^__^
((ooc: Sorry about the late response. We were just dealing with yet another severe thunderstorm. We even lost power twice!))
Yikes!
It was fun!
So, want to have Rose come in soon?
Yup. I'm going to work her in really soon.
Yay

Since you're staying here, I should probably take you shopping. Can't wear the same thing everyday anymore.

Or you could borrow some of mine. Though I don't think you'd fit in them.
Time to meet Rose?
Yeah. Want to see if I can drag a Rose here first?
Nah, 3-person threads fall apart too easily
Alrighty
[ The door opens and Rose steps in. He nearly trips out of his seat to go greet her.
Yay
Hello, Rose!

Um. Hullo there.
[He of course looks at the Master, shooting him a look that says "behave"]
I forget, have they met? I don't think they have.
*Rose gets a smile, though.* I hope you don't mind me staying for a bit? I kind of, well, have nowhere else to go.
No, I don't think so either. But, she can be told about him?
Rose smiles back, a bit hesitant and unsure, before shooting him a look for her own. What does he mean he's staying for awhile? Of course that means he has to do some very quick talking and give lots of puppy eyes.
Then Rose turns her attention back to the Master.]
Sorry 'bout the mess. You know how he is. Takin' everythin' apart and just leaving pieces layin' 'bout.
Probably a few things, anyway
Only a few.
Rose, I'd better get going on the guest room. Least it'll be finally cleaned out? [He waits for her answer, which she considers for a long while, and then nodding.]
Just don't sweep things under the bed, yeah? I'll check and made you do it proper. [He rolls his eyes, smiles, gives her a kiss, and then hurries to the bedroom to clean. Of course he shoots the Master another look while Rose settles down in a recliner, serious expression on her face.]

*He scoot over to her and grins.* So, he's told you about me? Good things, I hope? A few good ones at least.

Rose looks at the master, still a serious expression on her face.]
He told me 'bout that year. About how you went mad and tried to slaughter humanity.

If it makes him happy, there's not much I can do 'bout it.

Do you remember which post the rescue was in? I've lost it
It was in the Stockholm Syndrome one. Makes no sense considering I failed to follow the theme. :P
Ah yes . . . now to find it.

Do you suppose there's any way they can compromise?
I'm going to think of a way.
He could kill rapists or something, I suppose. It's not like Torchwood is the /most/ moral, really.
Very true. They would still be watching though.
But if he was saving people by killing bad guys they could justify it to themselves
They could. It's just a fine line to walk.
I know, but I like happy endings better :D
Happy endings are indeed nice. Sadly rare for these two. T-T
But we can change that, now can't we?
Totally :D
Yay.

So, shall we do the next chat with Pete when they wake up?
Sure thing! Just a bit later. I'm heading off to bed. :)

Sorry about all the edits. Can Pete be convinced this time?
Sure. But it'll be a very shaky truce.
He can live with that, he's used to it
