Patch You Up

Let's hope you're not squeamish. Even if you are, you're going to have to power through it, because your crush, significant other, lover, or fellow practitioner in romantic tension has been battered and bruised. The degree of severity, from a minor scrape to a life-threatening injury, can vary, as can the reason - they may even be hurt because of you. If that's the case, you have all the more reason to tend to their wounds with your own two hands.
No one can take care of them like you can.
Bust out the bandages, even if they don't want you to worry over them or can't believe that anyone would. Though it's not your intention, if you're genre savvy, you may know that your best Florence Nightingale may be the final push if you're not together-together.
That's assuming if you both don't pass out from botched first aide before any of that happens. Don't forget that a kiss to make it better is critical!
- Comment with your character, preferences, and the role you'd like to play - the injured or the attending. Also, would you like a pre-established relationship? One just on the cusp of becoming realized? Etc?

The young man gave her a reassuring smile. It was a good thing that he was used to crisis and he wasn't prone to panic. He was, however, prone to swearing but Q was trying to behave in front of her. Once they reached the door or her apartment, Q faltered. "Ehm...the key?"

"You would have made a good spy, Kristen." He took the key and soon enough they were safe in the apartment, away from prying eyes. Q left her sitting on the couch before going to retrieve her other glasses. "Any changes of career in mind?"

But her sweater slipped down just enough to reveal a scar from that period of time.

Q kept talking as he moved around her apartment, looking for the first aid kit. He wanted to make sure she didn't feel left alone and vulnerable while he was not by her side. He was concerned about Kristen still being in shock because of the shooting. When he finally sitting in the sofa near her, first aid kid in his lap, he didn't miss the scar.
"Hm. That one doesn't look new." It was not actually a question but his tone of voice implied it and Q's green eyes stared back at her.

Q was silent after her answer, frowning yes, but silent as he cleaned her cuts. He learned enough from reading Double O Seven's body language to know when someone had secrets that were but open wounds.
"Doesn't look all that old, though. You had another accident at work?"

[Hi, sorry for the delay! RL was a bit crazy this weekend.]
Q's hands stilled for a few seconds at the small confesion, frown depending on his face before he went back to focus on the task at hand. I'm sorry was probably the most expected answer, but it didn't help any or brought real consolation. He knew that well and that's why he didn't say the words. Instead he squeezes her hand again.
(No Worries!)

"Sorry that was inappropriate. It just...I don't understand what leads someone to hurt another person like that. Specially someone they are supposed to love and care for."

"Hm. We should do something once you are rested and feeling better, something fun."
