There is a tiger in the ball pit. Or a shark? Either way there is someone or something lurking just below the surface... who is also humming the Jaws theme. Either way Kotetsu is probably up to no good. He's usually pretty well behaved too... but every once in a while the temptation of scaring people jumping into the ball pit is just TOO GREAT.

Lyra is gleefully climbing everything she can reach, with Pantalaimon weaving above and behind her, constantly changing forms- first an ermine, then a squirrel, then a songbird and next a small gecko, girl and daemon laughing and talking as they keep exploring.

[The little vampiress took her shoes off after reading the curious sign posted at door that listed rules. After that she was not sure what to do but it did look very interesting.]

Kaoru watched Kotetsu from his spot just outside the pit with a mixture of envy and irritation. It wasn't like he wanted to play in the ball pit anyway. There were clearly cooler things to do. Like play video games. Or get in the flight simulator.

So enjoy having a little kid glare at you from afar, tiger/shark.

The tiny four sweep old troll is sitting by himself at a table in the corner with a foul expression in his face. He is probably the only kid in the whole gosh darn universe who would be so determined not to have fun at a place that was clearly designed with wrigglers like him in mind.

Kid. Kid. There is nothing cooler then a ball pit. NOTHING.

And nothing escapes the notice of the tiger/shark. He can see the other kid over there looking all grumpy and glarey and such.

Kotetsu says nothing. He sticks a hand up out of the balls and beckons him over. A invitation to stop being a sourpuss and just jump in the damn ball pit already.

You know you want toooooo!!!

Why was Ciel here again? It's loud, the food is horrible, the tea is worse, and everything kind of smells funny. Nope, he's having none of it, sitting off by himself in the quietest corner he can find.

Ciel spots the troll and walks over, taking the seat across the table. He wasn't particularly interested in socializing, but misery does love company.

"Irritating, isn't it?"

In response, Kaoru looked around to see if anyone was watching, picked up a stray ball, and...

...winged it at Kotetsu's head.

Keima was playing with his Game Boy Advance, buried in the ball pit. Seeing nothing but the colorful balls outside the screen and feeling the balls roll under his weight gave the perfect atmosphere for a few rounds of Bust-A-Move. The balls drowned out a lot of the outside sights and sounds too, immersing him even more in the small screen. It probably wasn't his mom's intention when she threw him here, but at least he didn't find it to be a total waste.

Silver wasn't much interested in 'playing'. Or friends. Or, well, anything fun, for that matter. As far as he was concerned, this was just a huge waste of time. And besides, weren't they all way too old for this? Playing like this was for little babies. He sits, staring intently at the playing children, a look of disdain on his face. If you're especially unlucky, you might feel his gaze burning holes in the back of your head.

Luckily these balls are like 98% air so the thing bounces harmlessly off the top of his head and Kotetsu just erupts into laughter. He then flings another ball at the other boy, sticks his tongue out, and dives out of sight again.

Oliver has just capture you. Maybe he thought you looked like you weren't having enough fun, or were going out of your way to avoid fun. Maybe he thought you looked like the type who would appreciate his next course of action.

Whatever the reason was he has captured you, used his superior cyborg strength to lift you up... and then toss you into the ball pit whether you like it or not!

Kaoru ducked. HEY. THAT JERK. Diving under the balls was cheating!

He edged his way out along one side of the ball pit, trying to locate his opponent without actually diving in. Kaoru grabbed several more of the plastic balls in case Kotetsu should resurface, holding them in his arms due to their unwieldiness.

[In the guise of a child, Pestilence is licking plastic balls in the corner of the pit and coughing on things.]

[ Franklin's about ten or eleven, which is way too old to be in the play area, seriously, that is for little kids. So he's hovering just outside, munching on a box of chicken mcnuggets. ]

Oh hey one of the weird pink aliens. At least this one seems to have some sense and isn't running around and acting like a damn idiot.

"It's so stupid."

[Bran is ten. He's too old for those ball bit things, right? Anyway, he can't go in anyway because of his legs so he's sitting in a chair waiting to be picked up and not longingly eyeing the pit what are you talking about.]

[Whatever, Pietro's eight, but he's going to be sneakily picking through people's cubbies instead of playing in the ball pit.]

[Don't mind this seven year old, who is hiding in the ball pit. Look I'm a sea monster!]

It's probably still easy to tell where he is by watching the surface, it's slight bumpier and wigglier whenever he moves. And after a moment... he pops back up near the center, flinging several brightly colored hand grenades (that totally what they are) at his opponent.

[ The bitty God of Thunder will just be up here, claiming the top of the slide as his own. Feel free to push him down it. ]

"Extremely." Ciel sighed. "Well, it is good to see that I'm not the only one with some sense around here."

Well, Silver, have someone staring at you too. Red won't burn any holes, but his gaze is pretty unnerving from where he sits on one of the many pieces of equipment. Strange that someone isn't playing around in kid heaven, here. He wonders how long it will take you to notice.

[Oh gosh, there he is, in his little Captain America cap, in the corner of the ball pit, separating the red, white and blue balls from all the pointless other colors! Chucking the greens, yellows and oranges on the other side of the room when there isn't space for the proper colors...]
