[Any interest in dorky crushing with a street punk biker with a heart of gold who might get a bit tsundere when he tries to keep up his tough image? On the other hand, he tends to put whoever he's into on a huge pedestal. Crushing can go either/both ways!]
[ That sounds like fun! It would be nice to see someone crushing on her for a change (as she's usually the one doing the unrequited crushing and I'm pretty sure the manwha author is going to break our hearts in time). Perhaps one-sided at first moving into mutual territory?

It may result in him having dumb heroic urges to protect her whether she needs it or not, and trying kind of badly to pretend there's nothing going on. Dal Dal's crazy MMA themed high school has matches that are televised for some reason, so he could have kept up with what she's doing if he wanted to.

It was only a short time since Tetsuo had been reunited with Dal, purely by chance. They hadn't seen each other for--what was it, six years?--and she had definitely grown up, since then. ...not as much vertically, perhaps, but he couldn't complain. It was sort of nice being taller than someone, for a change, and it just added to her cuteness. Being Tetsuo, he'd somewhat reluctantly admitted that he was living rough in an abandoned building in the ruined Old City area; he was sure she was too classy and sensible to do something crazy like going to visit him there. It was an awfully rough neighborhood, after all.
Which is why he was so frantic when he heard the sound of someone heckling a girl wearing tiger ears, which, honestly, had to be her. And the hecklers had to be Vipers--no one else would come messing with his turf. He was bounding out a window and off a fire escape within a matter of seconds, breaking his fall by crashing right into one of the Vipers, sending the thug (bald and covered in tattoos of scales, the gang's trademark) to the ground with Tetsuo on top and kneeling on his ribs.
"Ooi! Y'ain't safe here, 'nechan!"
He looked over at her--then grinned fiercely, pointing a length of steel pipe at the other Viper.
[ As far as Dal Dal was concerned, she did not need to be protected. It could actually be argued that the general public might need protection from her if they made her angry enough. She was probably more than capable of taking care of a couple of "ugly old baldies" herself, but before it had actually gotten to that point, Tetsuo had come falling out of the sky like some kind of weirdo.
She blinked, momentarily stunned by the display, and, well, maybe her pulse picked up a little at the display. She wasn't at all used to anyone coming to her rescue. It was pretty romantic- she stopped herself right there. No. Nope. It might be romantic if it wasn't Tetsuo. Stupid Tetsuo. ]
What are you doing jumping out of windows?! I'm fine, stupid!
[ She completely ignored the rest of the thugs, or she seemed to anyway. It was a mistake to try and take her hostage. Dal Dal moved fast, dodging the the offender, falling effortlessly into a fighting stance, and kicked him neatly in the jaw, dropping the man like a ton of bricks. ]
He huffed, as though she had impugned his honor--but otherwise didn't hesitate at all, even as the Vipers wavered (the odds were suddenly a little less strongly in their favor than they'd expected). And just as one deployed a switchblade, Tetsuo leaped on him, smacking the knife away with a thwack of his steel pipe, followed by a thunk as he swung it back the other way, bouncing it off the side of the Viper's head and giving him a backflip-kick in the chest to knock him over backward, reeling.
...mostly just to show off and make it look easy, as he landed, grinning, and gave his pipe a twirl.
"Heh..! Now get th'fuck outta my turf, ya wormdicks, while some'a you ain't down on yer backs yet! If y'start movin' an' yer real fuckin' lucky, I won't let Tora-chan there kick yer asses no more."
Tora-chan. Now, there was a call back to a time when they were both much younger and much more innocent. It threw Dal Dal a little. She even hesitated a moment before finding something else to argue with Tetsuo about.
"Who's letting who do what!" she demanded.
For two people who were supposedly fighting on the same side, they certainly yelled at each other a lot. It seemed to be confusing the rival gang members, who stood around looking unsure of the situation. One of them was stupid enough to try for Dal Dal again, which earned him an airborne kick to the jaw. It didn't distract her from the matter at hand though.
"I was fine until you came falling out of the sky like some kind of weird bird."
"Like a bird? Fuck that, I'm like fuckin' Daredevil!"
Leave it to Tetsuo to make it about American things. Nevermind he wasn't particularly blind or a lawyer. Minor details.
As much as he was enjoying himself, though, he was clearly a bit peeved at the general lack of running away, and as the punk who tried to rush Dal staggered back from her kick, Tetsuo whacked his supporting knee out from under him, and spun about to crack his pipe across the elbow of another Viper mistaking that for an opening and trying to lunch at him.
"Now I fuckin' mean it! All'a you get outta here! If I gotta haul your dumb, beat-to-shit asses off'a my turf, I'm draggin'ya all outta town on yer balls with my bike!"
Probably not literally, but hopefully the painful mental image would convince them to boogie.
