It is Christmas Day, the werewolves' birthday, the door of the solstice stands wide open; let them all sink through. See! sweet and sound she sleeps in granny's bed, between the paws of the tender wolf. ✧ Should you really be in a place like this? You're a good kid, and this the deep, dangerous woods - literally or metaphorically. Here, there be dragons; more accurately, here their be wolves, of the big and bad variety, hungry to the core. And they're waiting for pretty young things, especially those in red hoods, because they want to gobble you up. But not with teeth and with claws (not usually), for they can lure you to your destruction in delectable, devious, wicked ways. You way want that, though. That may be why you're here in the first place. You're not so pure, are you? Then again...you may be the wolf yourself. What you're after is the hunt, the prey you know you can swallow whole. ✧ What big eyes you have The kind of eyes that drive wolves mad So just to see that you don't get chased I think I ought to walk with you for a ways What full lips you have They're sure to lure someone bad So until you get to grandma's place I think you ought to walk with me and be safe ✦ ✧ HOW TO PLAY ✦ Pretty obviously, this meme is based off of the fairytale of Little Red Riding Hood, which has commonly been interpreted to be about sexual awakening and seduction. It's also inspired by the short story "In the Company of Wolves" by Angela Carter, which is worth a read. ✦ Feel free to play this scenario as completely straight (ie characters with wolf ears, werewolves, literal fairytale settings) or as allegorical (a young, inexperienced character going into a bar full of bikers, etc). ✦ Similarly, bring along any kinks you'd enjoy. "It's not as big a hassle as you think. I have to make sure that no one follows me, but once I'm out of sight it's easy." Hinata leaned against the trunk of the tree as she placed her hands in her lap. "Well, it's quiet out here, I can relax, and you're not that bad at being social. You talk to me, you see me, not my last name. Yes, I could leave, but I like coming back to see you."

Hinata tucked a strand of hair behind her ear as she looked up at Akira. "Um, why do you talk to me?"

"...Dunno'," he said, looking off to the side and out over the nearby lake, "I just do. You don't strike me the same way most humans do, there's somethin' different about you that holds my attention. Hard to say what exactly it is."

He rubbed the back of his head, a very light blush coming to his cheeks.

"You make me feel like I'm at ease."

Hinata looked in surprise when she saw the light blush on his cheeks before she smiled and looked down at her sandals with the same flush across her own cheeks.

"I'm glad I do. You make me feel nice too."

"Nice like a friend, or nice like something else?" he asked, breaking the tension in his usual, up-front manner, "Are you attracted to me?"

The blush across her cheeks deepened as she looked everywhere, but at him. "I-I...well, um..." His up front manner always made her think about things she tried to keep in the back of her mind. "Um...I...um, nice as s-something else."

Well, maybe it would be better if she got it off her chest. Hinata took a small breath and looked up at him. "Yes, I'm attracted you. Um, how do you feel about me? It's alright if you don't feel the same!" Oh, how sh wished she could calm down.

"I...don't dislike it," he said, a bit unsure how to proceed, "But it ain't like I have much experience wiht this sorta' thing. I've never been in love with anyone, so how would I know?"

Hinata felt better that he didn't dislike it. She nodded. "That's true. Well, you don't dislike it, so that's a step in the right direction. Maybe we can try something." She stepped a bit closer to him. "If you'd like?"

"Try something?" he asked, crossing his arms as he wondered what she was getting at, "Like what?"

"Well, something small like holding hands or even being closer to each other. That's a few ways to show how you like someone. We can try that if you want to." Hinata figured that starting out small would be a good idea.

"I...could give it a shot, I suppose," he said, coughing as he stepped closer to her, "So...I just stick my hand out to you?"

Hinata felt relieved to know that Akira wanted to try. "Yes, like this," She held her hand out and reached over to lightly touch his. "I can move to hold your hand, if you like?"

His fingers slowly curled against hers, leaving him somewhat curious for more. He moved up closer to her, "I guess this ain't so bad."

Hinata relaxed in relief as she moved a little closer to him and closed the gap between their hands. "I'm glad. Is it alright that I'm this close to you?" She asked as she rubbed his hand with her thumb. His hand was bigger than hers and very warm too.

"I don't dislike it," he said, fully closing his hand around hers, "So is this courting, or just what friends do?"

Hinata felt good when he closed his hand around her own. She nodded as she rubbed his hand with her thumb. "Well, sometimes friends can hold hands, but I've seen couples do it a lot. Courting involves a little bit more like hugging or kissing, though it depends on how fast the couple wants to move."

"It's all new ground, too me," he said, "But I was referrin' more to what you wanted to make of it. I'm not so good at readin' signals."

Hinata flushed a bit as she rubbed his hand again. "Oh, well, I don't mind being friends though I do want to do something more than what friends do. Um, I can show you another way that I want us to be more." She unzipped her jacket to show off her tank top and stepped closer to him. "Um, what do you want to do?"

"Uh..." he blushed when she opened up her garment, causing him to stare down at her chest for a moment, "Wait, what are you doing? Explain it to me, first."

The blush across her own cheeks deepened as she almost closed her jacket again. Well, she had to admit it was cute seeing the blush on his face. "Um, well, I wanted to show how comfortable I am with you that I-I didn't hide my chest. I can close it if you want."

"ER, I mean, I don't DISlike it or anything. It's...pretty bold of you," he said, his throat suddenly feeling very dry, "You always struck me as very shy. That must have taken some guts."

Hinata messed with the end of her jacket with one hand as she looked up at Akira. "Yes, well, thank you. I am normally shy, but I wanted to show you how I felt." She looked up at Akira with a small smile as she inched a little closer to him. "I wanted to do it."

Akira slowly inched closer to her, trying to study her face. He experimentally reached up to it, cupping her cheek as he pulled her close against his body. His nose twitched as he read her scent, then pressed his forehead to hers.

"If you're okay with me, then I'm okay with you."

Hinata didn't hide the truth on her face or in her eyes when Akira inched towards her. When he cupped her cheek she slowly leaned into it as she rested her hand against his chest. She smiled when he pressed his forehead against her own.

"I'm glad."

Akira inched forward slowly, experimentally pressing his lips against hers. One arm curled around her lower back, holding her firmly against him. A low growl rumbled in his ribcage, making his whole body buzz slightly against hers.

Hinata gasped a bit in surprise when she felt his lips against hers. She quickly got over her shock as she closed her eyes and moved her hand up to rest against his shoulders. When he curled the arm around her, she wrapped her arms around his neck. A soft moan left her lips when she felt the growl. The growl didn't scare her, it made her hotter instead.
