Options:

1. The Slutty One: When you're sprayed with this pollen, all you wanna do is bang. All inhibitions go out the window—if you don't get some orgasms pumping out, your whole world is gonna end. Seduction, debasement, that's what this option's all about. Do whatever it takes to get that sweet, sweet satisfaction.

2. The Violent One: This pollen makes you wanna bang, sure, but it also makes you pissed as fuck. Everything's painted in red—the anger's overwhelming. Whoever you see next? That's who's taking the full force of your assault. You don't know if you wanna punch 'em or kiss 'em, but something's gonna happen.

3. The Soulmate One: There's only one person the pollen is driving you to find, driving you to romance, driving you to be with—biblically. And maybe it's not someone you want to be this attracted to, but your mind/body/spirit—everything's saying yes. Even if your sensibility alone says no. Time to hunt out your soulmate and convince them this is destiny.

4. The Touch-based One: This pollen works a tad differently from the others. Instead of dousing an individual and making them need, it waits until they've touched someone. It could be the slightest brush of fingertips, it could be a kiss from an already willing lover. Whatever it is, the pollen's activated, and there's no going back. Every touch feels a little bit better than the last.

5. The Possessive One: This sex pollen is the lovechild of options 2 and 3—a pollen that makes you crazy about that one particular person. You've gotta have them, protect them, own the moment. There's no one you'd rather be 'sharing' this with, and no one they're allowed to. Jealousy and need taken to the highest level.

6. The Snuggly One: The lightest of all the sex pollens, this variety just asks for some good, snuggly fun. Not necessarily vanilla, but definitely kinder. A hug can be just as good as a handjob if it's from the right person. Kinda.

7. The Hallucinogenic One: Whooooa, man. This is a trip. Nothing's looking quite right, the sky is purple, the ground is pitch black, and the person in front of you looks like your latest wet dream. This pollen clogs the mind and leaves its victim feeling high and confused. What a predicament.

8. The Animalistic One: Speaking of dulled down thought processes—this pollen has removed all of them. Nary a one remains, because now you're pure animal, living in the moment, looking for a mate. Your ability to speak in more than hisses and growls and monosyllabic conversation's been compromised. Let's hope it passes.

Sure, they always made a grand show of protecting the general public from the carnage and devastating property damage that always seemed to follow them but without fail traffic was gridlocked and buildings were falling. And in Nikki's case, directly on top of her. She managed to keep the worse of it from landing on her through athleticism and telepathy but all she could do was duck and cover when the coffee shop came crashing down around her.

[ Months following Cho's regeneration of Pietro's organs, Wanda still isn't prepared to let him out of her sight during the missions that Steve uses to gauge their strength on. Minor matters which don't quite rank as E.L.E yet prove useful in training the newbies. That's what Stark called them over video-phone when he first called in to check on zippy kid and it still fits; Wanda, Pietro, Sam, Rhodey and Vision are able to work well at times yet there have been more complaints than not about strategies — two men with military backgrounds and a painfully logical, honest synthezoid do not always a quiet afternoon of training make. Mostly, Wanda resists being dragged into the squabbles, even if Pietro's temper gets the better of him and she has to sidle her way between him and Vision (once, twice, she starts to deliberately cease counting) when Sokovian insults start to fly. Today, however, things are going well.

Or they were until five minutes ago when her brother rushed out of sight during a containment exercise on an illegal drug farm. ]

Who has eyes on Quicksilver? [ Floating high above a field of genetically engineered flowers, chaos magic at her fingertips keeping her afloat and red eyes burning, it's her impatience that snaps out the codename and the rest of the team doesn't fail to pick up on it. Rarely does she use the title, much to Steve's chagrin. Only Steve isn't here, he's back at the remote location with Natasha, listening in. Wanda hates how she's the one who gets antsy these days, the reason simply that her brother has tenfold the confidence as before. It's a sickening loop of unease, but they already know that.

Vision replies. ] Quicksilver is in the middle of the illegal produce. I strongly advise against disturbing the flora again, it has been bred to be uncatagorically poisonous and we do not yet own an antidote.

Is he moving? [ Trying to ignore the lump in her throat, she drops out of the sky like a scarlet stone, soaring just high enough to take a look around as the sweetly-scented meadow rushes by below. ]

[ Usually, she likes to sit with Vision and read in the evenings. He is kind and funny, although he doesn't understand what a unique sense of humour he has, and being around him was a balm to her wrecked nerves prior to the return of her brother; right now, she snaps at him to Be quiet in Sokovian and somewhere over the crackling comm-link hears Sam whistle. Vision obliges for a couple of minutes, and she makes a mental note to apologise later. That's if she can first find ... Ah!

The toxic flowers around his unconscious form are blown away by scarlet magic and she drops down at his side, giving him a shake as bile rises in her throat, barking out his name like a barb to wake him up. He's dreaming, sluggish and too hot. ]

[ A splash of pollen covers his throat and cheek and this, too, is hastily scoured out of existence by a curt gesture, a shadowed pair of eyes raking him for more signs of contact; there, on his hands, but the blue latex has kept the rest of him covered. The spores evaporate in crimson flames that hurt her brother not at all. For a moment in her blind, engulfing panic she forgets who, what and where she is, then Vision begins to speak again over the earpiece and she bites out what she recalls from training. Drills. ]

[ A small part of her that isn't agonising over her brother's injuries is intensely grateful that Vision has remained attentive to the comms, the sound of her breathing having picked up considerably (he always seems to know when she needs help, a priceless friend). If this wasn't Pietro, she would humour Vision's concerns. ]

No! Finish the job. Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are down, I am requesting a medical extraction team. [ A sob catches in her throat as she speaks the safe-words, picked to be easy to remember if a training mission goes south. ] Playtime is over.

[ Where you go, I go. He has a pulse, but she might just kill him herself when he opens his eyes. Intense relief floods through every limb when Steve deigns to break radio silence from the compound and keeps her talking while Vision and Sam take care of the rest of the mission, and she doesn't leave her brother's side even when the jet shows up. All the way home to the facility, she holds his hand. ]
