You're stuck in a messed up or forbidden romance, but you can't resist the draw of it. Maybe your families are feuding, you're cheating on a lover, or you're in love with your own sibling. Whatever the reasons are, you know your relationship wouldn't be approved of by a long shot. Recorded - you're not really interested in this forbidden love affair, but you must do it or you'll face some tough consequences. 5. They had just found out that they were Jotun, and though there was concern about Odin's condition, Locke still felt betrayed. His so-called parents had kept it from both of them all these years, and for what? A potential alliance with Jotunheim? Was he a mere tool instead of a son? The idea ate at his heart. He even felt betrayed by Frigga, though he still thought of her as his mother. Odin was not his father.

Locke and Loki had been close all their lives, and had only become closer as they grew, to the point of exploring and becoming intimate partners as adults.

Locke lay in Loki's bed, one arm draped over his brother. Locke was still angry, his muscles tense, but he felt a certain degree of comfort with his twin so near. Their bodies were pressed close. Locke could feel Loki's breath and heartbeat. Subtle reminders that he wasn't alone in this. He absent-mindedly traced his fingers along Loki's spine. At least the room was pleasantly warm. It did little to dispel the cold feeling in the pit of his stomach, but it was a small blessing.

Loki was awake and as bothered by the entire revelation as his twin was. At least they still had each other and Locke's presence was very welcome right now.

"Mmm," he murmured in appreciation at the gentle touch.

It was strange to have not known - all these years that secret had been hidden from them and neither of them had suspected. It preyed on his mind. The Trickster Twins had been cruelly tricked, even if had not meant to be so. Even if Odin had thought it was for their own good.

"Locke...," he said his brother's name quietly, a hand and arm raising to slide around his waist and keep them close. The contact was reassuring.

Locke rested his forehead against Loki's, their lips barely apart. He could feel his brother's warm breath, and for a moment he closed his vivid green eyes. Even through the anger and sadness, a part of him was happy to be with his twin. Locke always felt happiest when they were together. Likely because they were in the same boat, so to speak. They were both magic users and prone to mischief. That set them apart from other Asgardian men.

He brushed his lips against Loki's, a feather light touch.

"Loki, we have one another," he murmured. "We mustn't forget that."

"As if I would," Loki teased back a little, leaning in to kiss his twin.

Locke grinned a bit as he pressed his lips against Loki's, returning his kiss slowly, savoring the touch as though it was their first time. The sensations were soothing, and though Locke's anger hadn't dissipated, he felt his muscles beginning to relax.

He slid his hand along Loki's spine until he reached the base of his neck. Then he ran his fingers through his brother's long hair. Locke deepened their kiss, slipping his tongue into Loki's mouth.

He made a muffled yet pleased sound as the kiss deepened. His own hand gripped Locke's side and one leg massaged against his, bent at the knee and teasing. A distraction might be nice right now and his brother was being very distracting.

A distraction would definitely be nice. It wouldn't solve anything, but it would take their minds off the situation for a while.

Locke stroked his brother's tongue with his own for a few moments, then used the hand he had in Loki's hair to tilt his head to the side, exposing his neck. Locke slowly kissed his twin's neck, giving him playful nips and teasing with long strokes of his tongue

He hummed in approval of his brother's touches, the pleasant warmth of arousal beginning to spread through his body.

Aramis had never made any secret of his former aspirations, nor that when he, God willing, grew too old for adventuring, would like to return to them. And when his non-martial training was called upon, it was typically to preside over last rites. He had never anticipated being required to potentially preside over a wedding.

Before that happened, though, his mission was to deliver the would-be bride back to Paris from the tiny principality that Daenerys Targaryen ruled over. The girl was young, and very beautiful, something that Aramis was unable to ignore as they rode in the carriage. A storm forced them to take shelter in a tiny inn on the way, and its lack of rooms forced them to share a single chamber.

She did not wish to marry, but a ruler had to do what was asked of them in order to keep peace or broker treaties; sometimes to gain strength by combining forces.

It was the last reason that Daenerys was being asked to marry, but the man who was both bodyguard and the one to actually perform the ceremony seemed overly quiet in the ride to Paris. She had heard of his reputation as a lover of women, as someone who had tried to forsake all of that, and while she'd heard of many things that did not excite her in terms of her future husband, she would have been lying if she'd said the carriage ride hadn't been... intriguing.

The inn and one bedchamber, even moreso.

Her clothing was wet and would need to be aired out to dry, and as Daenerys tried in vain to find a way to disrobe without Aramis viewing her, another part of her thought... Why not? I am the Queen. Shouldn't I be able to have a moment of pleasure before I'm to be taken away?

So she kept her back to Aramis, let her hair down, and slowly began to let her wet dress fall to the floor.

Instinct overrode Aramis' judgement when he heard the sound of wet, heavy fabric crumpling to the floor. He spun on his heel, immediately understanding that he was in the midst of something he absolutely should not be doing, and yet momentum was not the only thing that kept him turning.

By the time he completed his rotation, the young Queen was stepping out of her gown, clad only in the light shift she had been wearing beneath it. The rain had made the shift all but transparent and caused it to cling to Daenerys' body like a jealous lover. Aramis felt his face turn warm and other parts as well as his eyes slid over a firm, pert backside that might as well have been bare before him.

"Your Grace," he said quietly, "perhaps I should fetch one of your servants to assist you...?"

"Are you not also here to serve me?"

Daenerys pulled her hair from one side and began to squeeze it, partially to get the remaining bits of water out but also to keep her trembling hands occupied. She did not wish for Aramis to notice how nervous she was, especially after giving that almost-order.

She could feel her heart pounding and drew a deep breath to calm herself. "It would... please me greatly if you did," she backtracked.

An eyebrow cocked upward at the question. In their time together, Daenerys had not struck him as the kind of ruler who would command those who served her to... well, to service her. It was another reason that he had come to find her so enticing and attractive. The girl was genuinely a good ruler, and those were few and far between.

The statement that followed, however, softened Aramis' opinion towards her once more, and allowed the warmth spreading throughout his person to grow even more. He crossed the room to her, shedding his sodden cloak along with his sword belt and weapons. His hands came to rest on her shoulders. "And what would Her Majesty require assistance with?"

She breathed in a little sigh of thanks to the Gods that Aramid had not refused her outright, which she knew he could (and probably should) do. Instead, Daenerys looked over her shoulder at him, shivering from the cold and wet.

She noticed he had also removed his cloak and weapons, and she gave him a shy smile. "Would it not suit us both to... warm ourselves...?" Then again, because she did not wish to be a ruler right now, she added, "Please?"
