Intruders to Atlantis wasn't a completely unfamiliar experience, especially with their battles with the Wraith, but this one?

A different matter entirely.

All the tests marked him as human, there was no sign of him being possessed by a Goa'uld either. He didn't act like a Wraith worshipper, didn't even seem to have any idea what a Wraith was, at least in the way they meant it, but confinement was standard practice. He was given a room with a door that only opened for Sheppard or Colonel Carter and at the moment, they were waiting for one of the ships to return to Atlantis.

Because letting him near the Gate was out of the question. Sheppard had questioned him several times, and while he didn't completely trust him, he at least picked up on some truth in the story he told, at least enough to have him a little more relaxed.

But he was still restricted to his room, and only allowed out with an escort to certain areas of the city when they decided he wasn't an immediate threat. He held his own when it came to fighting, and wasn't quite as brutal as Teyla or Ronon.

Which was something Sheppard appreciated on the days he escorted him to the training room.
