[Luke glances between Horatio and Wedge a few times, looking a bit unsure.]

Uh, Wedge, I think this is a situation of differing cultures. Maybe a separate reality? [He gives Horatio a questioning look.] You've probably never heard of—

[There's suddenly a drunken Corellian attached to Luke's hand and he pauses to look at Wedge with a bit of surprise and ample amusement. They're not often this openly affectionate with each other in public places but Wedge is drunk and Luke's cheeks only redden slightly as he shakes his head at him good-naturedly.

He squeezes Wedge's hand and smirks in barely-contained laughter at the drunken babbling, then returns his attention to Horatio looking a bit apologetic. What are you gonna do? Luke keeps a hand on Wedge's back and tries to remember what he was saying over the chattering going on next to him.]

You haven't heard of the Galactic Civil War, have you? You must be talking about a different war altogether because that's the only one we've ever known.

[His face is still just a touch red.]


((I'm assuming that this bar is in a sort of meta-land where multiple realities converge and everyone is aware of it, otherwise this thread is going to turn into a "OMFG WHERE ARE WE HOW DID WE GET HERE HOW ARE YOU FROM A DIFFERENT GALAXY" freakout and I don't think that's what we want, lol.))
