❝Best Friends to More❞ Everyone needs a friend, no matter if you want to admit it or not. It's nice to have a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, a mind to compliment yours...or an ear to whisper terrible and rude things into, if the case may be. Whether you're bosom buddies since way back or people who were forced together and are only lately tolerating each other, you're - relatively - thick as thieves with this person. No one is closer to you than them (which could be pretty sad, all things considered). The problem? Somehow, platonic feelings have morphed into ones that are decidedly more complicated. But hey, isn't it natural you'd want to be even closer to them? Somehow, someway, these feelings have come bubbling up, through calculated confession or through accident. That cat can't be put back in the bag, so you'll have to face the consequences. Are the sentiments shared by both parties? Will you want to keep your relationship status as "friends," or will you want to become more serious? What happens if it gets awkward between you two - can't you just go back to how you were? regardless, after the revelation of the seekers - something he had not witnessed but heard second-hand from the inquisitor - he feels it important to return the favor. he leaves his post to head down to the training fields - when she's not there, he wisely checks the smithy next, and finds her up on the second level. ]

It's when you're not trying to lop off a training dummy's head that I know something is truly bothering you.
