( can play either role! inaba will definitely pretend to be indifferent most of the time when she's crushing on someone and try her hardest to hide it because of her worrisome personality. if she's being crushed on, she'll definitely be flustered and embarrassed. )
( any role is okay, aus are definitely preferred, but i can play any route if you want that, a....hahaha. )
[ooc: How about the two of them being normal high school kids who have mutual crushes on each other but haven't spilled the beans yet?]
Growing up is hard.
Then again, being a middle child is possibly even worse than that, and Castiel sometimes has to remind himself that he's sixteen and not fifty. There's the constant pressure from his older brothers to do better, be better, and then, of course, he always has to watch how he acts and what he says or how he phrases certain things when in the presence of his younger sister. She's very impressionable, and he doesn't think anyone would be pleased to hear her cursing (though those moments are rare and far between) or saying potentially derogatory phrases she'd probably heard second-hand from Dean. That, too, is an issue that's always subject to debate in his household, so he spends most of his time alone when he's home. Away from Gabriel's prying interests and Michael's stern expectations. Away from everything except the safety of conformity that comes in the form of his books and studies.
Somehow, however, even those aren't enough to deter his thoughts, idly flipping through the pages and glancing every so often at the window as if expecting to find his best friend standing out on the lawn waiting for him if he happened to look outside. It's a little weird, he knows, but Castiel seems privy to that state of being more often than not these days. He frowns and flushes, slamming the book shut to exchange it for the notebook he uses as a makeshift journal. Putting his feelings to paper usually helps him sort them, but when his hand grazes nothing but the hard edge of his desk, his nose scrunches in confusion. Then comes the horror when he slowly realizes what had happened to it.
He'd given it to Dean by mistake, without paying attention between periods when they split ways for the day to attend the only class they didn't share. There had been something about needing paper, and Castiel had--
He grabs his coat and leaves the house without a word to drag himself halfway across town to Dean's house. There's some sort of irony to the situation, the dullness of the sky opening up to rain before he reaches his destination, and by the time he knocks on the door of the Winchester home, he's soaked through and out of breath. He hadn't been able to retrieve the notebook before they'd gone home either, and that's the only thing on his mind as he waits for someone to answer, knocking once more and fidgeting uncomfortably. All that saves him is the thought that Dean hadn't read anything in it, but he doubts that's true given the extent of the things he'd detailed in its pages. How many of them he'd filled with half-abstract ideas and paragraphs he'd never wanted anyone to see. At that moment, he doesn't feel sixteen at all. He feels like he's going to die. From mortification.
"I need it back," he says the second the door is open and he sees Dean. At least it hadn't been Sam. Castiel doesn't think he would have been able to explain much of anything then. It's going to be hard enough as it is right now.

that's basically my phone number that's so many digits
((either role))
[I'm good with either role.]
[I'm good with either role but he gets plenty of people crushing on him in canon, so it would be kind of fun to have him being the one with the crush. If you're male, this will confuse him but if you're female, he'll understand, but be pretty shy nonetheless.]
[I'm fine with either role. Mutual first crush would be especially cute here.]
[Either role. He won't be very good as the one with the crush, though, as a warning. If you're okay with that though, I'm just as fine playing the one with the crush as I am playing the character being crushed on.]
[Kodachi was visiting Haruka's school if only to scope out their gymnastics team. Of course, she'd decreed them pathetic and was already planning to wipe them out before the tournament even started.]
[Little did she know that she was going to bump into one Haruka.]
[She spotted him in the swimming pool, and at first it was the muscles that caught her attention - but then, she saw him. Dark hair, blue eyes . . . oh, how handsome!]
[She felt herself blush from the roots of her hair down to her neck, and she froze in her tracks, staring at him from across the pool.]
Oh, my.

[ooc: Either role is fine, but if someone is crushing on her it'll be a while before she notices.]
[ hi! nine here is a genius, basically. like a genius of the geniuses, because he was experimented on as a kid to heighten his brain's functions in logic to the highest degree. B| i know hiro went to college (???) at a really early age, so nine could be an upperclassman of sorts!
so like some ridiculous hero-worship thing could happen, i guess, if hiro's the type! just cute fluffy things hahaha, especially if he's assisting nine with some big project orrrrr... ]

[either role! but having the crush will make her much more active stalker]
[ Rin was just minding his own business, walking on out of his school's main campus and heading on about his day. The cram school had just finished and he was making the walk back from the place towards his dorm, and taking the long way around so he would hit the downtown and he could pick up some stuff for dinner. He was just keeping that on his mind, trying to think of the deals that he'd seen on the news this morning (though this was largely eluding him) when he saw... her</>. ]
Oh, hey. What're you doing out here?
[ This was the eighth time he'd seen her this week. It's kind of weird, really. Oh sure, he'd had a chance encounter with her in a Starbucks and he'd tried to talk with her, and then met her again on the train, and despite them having a fairly lengthy conversation about coffee she didn't remember his name at the time... but it seems like he's been seeing her everywhere now and she did remember him now! Weird. It could have something to do with... well nah.
Probably nothing to do with the fact that during their third meeting she had mentioned some stuff which sounded a lot like she was suffering some some objects at her house being possessed by some demons, he'd advised her on this and that, and then when they ran into each other the fourth time he'd actually been volunteered to go to her place, and he used his powers to exorcise the demons at play there. That just meant that he was doing his duty, not that he was being impressive or anything. Hell, it wasn't even a high level one, just some Galateas which had possessed some dolls and stuffed animals in her place to do some weird chuckie shit (he'd later learned there used to be an evil ghost in her apartment building, they were probably the leftovers of it, but he'd never really mentioned that to her, it just came up when he mentioned the incident to Konekomaru to try to brag like he normally would have with ... Shima ... )
Either way. She was one of those people who may or may not have known about his heritage depending on if she had a temptaint or not (he still wasn't clear on that) and if she didnt it probably didn't seem like he did much. ]
