Still, one day, you'd like to hold their hand in public. Wait. Not now, but wait. Then, your relationship won't have to be a secret. (It was only complicated because of the whole... Apocalypse thing. Every relationship had its problems and that included angels. Actually, if Lucifer thought about it, which he usually didn't, angels probably had even bigger problems in their relationships to deal with than humans could ever possibly have to deal with. The ingrates. It might seem like the end of the world but it was as petty of a disagreement between them as disagreeing on which movie to go see. Okay, that might be a bit of an exaggeration but just because Lucifer was trying to steal away the soul of one of the Winchester boys and maybe kind of coincidentally also destroy the other one so he didn't have to deal with the big bad Michael- that didn't mean he didn't care about Castiel anymore.

Castiel really was interesting. That was about as flirtatious as Lucifer got and pursuing Castiel after that had come to him as naturally as flying. It was easy to pull Castiel's attention away from the Winchesters long enough to get him to where Lucifer wanted him. At first, Castiel was convinced this was some massive ploy to fuck the Winchesters over royally. Maybe Lucifer had thought about it a little in the beginning but things were different now. He cared. Despite what everyone said about him, that much was possible in his grainy little shit filled heart.

Things weren't smooth sailing. But you know, that's what happens when you're on the opposite side of a war you were fighting with your boyfriend. He wouldn't put the end of the world on hold for Castiel and Castiel wouldn't stop humping the Winchesters' legs every time they said 'go'. Problems. Angels had them too. Still, there were these moments that made Lucifer go soft around the edges and forget about everything for a little while.

Sitting on top of the Eiffle Tower over a thin layer of wind that kept the two of them up, Lucifer was pressed comfortably against Castiel's side. His vessel was flaking away and it was a little painful but with Castiel right there- it was tolerable.)

We should go somewhere else. Like the Sahara Desert. Paris isn't that impressive.

It was never very difficult to tell when Sun had been through the market. The vendors in the area were always on edge because they noticed some of their merchandise had gone missing. Sun had a particularly bad habit of snatching it without a second through. Though usually he kept his thieving to fruit. He loved it, what could he say? He always attempted not to get caught though. If he got caught or noticed too much, then he wouldn't be able to go into the area without the vendors watching him and expecting him to..well..steal.

Perhaps it made it difficult for other thieves in the area to work their magic, but if they were good enough then they could get away with it. So currently, Sun was waiting for Nami. They’d been dating for a while, but..they hadn’t really told anyone. Well, Sun hadn’t told anyone. He didn’t know if Nami was keeping him secret from her friends or what. But he hadn’t bothered asking.

The meeting spot was off the beaten path, in a small secluded area in the forest. It was still near civilization, but it was far enough away to maintain their secrecy. He was dangling upside from a tree, his tail wrapped around a branch. In his hand was a half eaten, and on the ground below was a bag filled with the rest of his spoils. He’d probably end up running through all of it before Nami arrived at this rate.
