Todd didn't like how the other seemed to be all over the place, kind of like a youngster exploring the hive for the first time. Coupled with being on an unfamiliar planet, it made him a little edgy.

Only about half that he understood, the rest he could assume. The fact he could talk and communicate with snakes was...strange. Snakes were odd beasts, able to move without limbs but just as lethal as any wraith.

The fact the other could take energy from the world around him and convert to his own peaked his interest. A creature who could withstand a feeding wraith and regenerate that energy so quickly...It would make Minoru a walking unending food supply. Todd slowed and looked to him. He'd be quite a gift to win back his crew and get a queen's favor.

"Hard to say, it might have healed my wounds but little more." he answered as the gears turned in his head. "Is your ability to jump dimensions of your own make or is it a random occurrence?" he asked.
