THE DRUNK MEME

1. Drinking Games: You're at that special level of drunkenness where previously unimagined things start to sound like a good idea. You know, like another drink. It's cool, I know this great game that will inevitably end with everyone involved being totally wasted. You play until... shit, what were the rules again?

2. Unsolicited Advice: Oh man, you suddenly know the solutions to all of life's mysteries. All it took to figure it all out was half a pint of whiskey! It's time to tell all your friends how to fix the problems with their personal lives, whether they want you to or not.

3. Drunk Texting: Frankly, you can't IMAGINE why anyone wouldn't want to hear about how drunk you are right now. If only you could remember where the vowels are on this tiny keyboard. Drawing inspiration from TFLN is encouraged.

4. Tell Them How You Really Feel: You lost some of your less important inhibitions three or four drinks ago, and it's time to tell it how it is! Hunt down the person you love, or possibly the person you hate, or even just the person you don't literally just met, and bare your heart to them in a way that you'll almost definitely regret tomorrow morning.

5. Karaoke: Shot through the heart, and you're to blame! You give love... a bad... something...

6. Terrible Ideas: This is going to be so awesome, guys. I've got the skateboard, and I'm handcuffed to Steve... is the camera rolling? And who's lighting the fireworks?

7. Flirting: While all that booze may not have enhanced your charm, it certainly did wonders for your ego! Time to find all the hottest dudes and/or chicks in this place and make them swoon before your gin-powered charisma.

8. On the Streets: What better way to follow up a good bar run than by drunkenly wandering the streets in the middle of the night? There may be loud, embarrassing singing. There may be puking in the gutter. You may be completely lost, and not sure why that police officer is speaking Italian.

9. The Next Day: All that you took with you from last night's adventures was a blur of jumbled, confusing memories, a lampshade with googly eyes drawn on it taped to your head, and a brutal hangover. What exactly happened here? And who's that sleeping next to you?

( like she needs any talking whatsoever into getting plastered. sure, it takes a couple hours and a lot more than a couple drinks, but there was pleasure to be found in inebriation, and pleasure was kind of the name of her game. so 'dite could drink to that. and did. a lot.

and as the evening progresses, and whatever soiree they're attending seems to wind towards a rather uneventful end, she flits from crowd to crowd in pursuit of adventure and entertainment. and ultimately ends up with arms twined around bacchus' neck, a wet kiss freely lavished on his cheek, and well aged wine sloshing onto his shoulder. )

[It’s a big, prestigious school and he constantly sees him. …Okay, no. The two of them do share a few classes together. Anyways, while that could be very well it, he still sees him around campus more than anyone else. Or maybe this guy is all he’s really been paying attention to and actually looking for through those huge crowds of other students for the past month or so. He just…came out of nowhere. No, really. Where the hell was he last year or even last semester? Had he really been there the entire time and Johnny only just now noticed him after accidentally tossing a football at the back of his head?

Seriously, that had been an accident. The guy decided to stand at the wrong time and—the football was going where it was supposed to, alright? It’s not Johnny’s fault the guy had bad timing. But he’s been kind of glad for it, more than glad really. He was an artist and Johnny often finds himself sneaking around in his art room whenever everyone’s gone to get a peek at his projects. Johnny’s never given a shit about art until him.

And now here they are, drunk off their asses and in some chick’s apartment on campus with dozens of other people doing god only knows what because that’s how much he’s paying attention to anyone else. Well, Johnny’s not quite as wasted as everyone else, not really. He’s been too preoccupied watching this guy across the ottoman as they all played spin the bottle on someone’s smart phone.

Someone has to shove Johnny’s head because it’s his turn to spin and he does, gives it the ol’ college try. He’s still too busy kinda watching and kinda not watching this dark haired stud to see what the phone’s doing. Like, what the fuck is even happening to him? He laughs when everyone else laughs and makes ‘ooh’ noises. The phone has landed on that fucker he’s been obsessed with for weeks and he only just now realizes when he looks down at the screen that reads “French kiss.”]
