oh you know every now and then

WELL modern AUs are fun part of me wants to do a college AU haha I feel like I should be ashamed

or if you're familiar with a game of thrones I've been thinking of an AU that I could probably ramble on about for way too long

also I love horror/mystery/lovecraftian sort of stuff and would love to put them in a situation with creepiness and otherworldly horrors and madness...

Oh God, nerdy college kid Dorian would be hilarious. Guess who lives in the library and sits in the front row of the class while trying to also trying to be cool.

I am not familiar with Games of Thrones besides the gif sets I've seen on tumblr. I do not have fancy cable or the patience for those books, lol.

lol, Isn't that just Tevinter? Or the big old tomb things in Nevarra? I'm sort of familiar with Silent Hill sort of worlds. Once again, video games!

Uh, well, there's the usual Daemons AU, or this is kind of modern AU-ish where Dorian runs away from home and gets picked up by the Chargers though that could be one in Thedas as well. Then I did a Hollywood AU with Dorian.

Yeah, the modern AU where he runs away is slightly inspired by a tumblr post I saw where Dorian runs away from home and ends up meeting the Chargers who are a biker gang but any Modern AU should include Dorian running away.

Except Hollywood!Dorian who is like incredibly closeted because he can't get roles otherwise and he's famous for being a leading man in romantic comedies but he's miserable because he can't be himself and a notorious playboy because of it.

Oh my Maker, it's like a MILLION times better if it's the Golden Age of Hollywood which I did not think of before and I'm a failure for not doing so. That's a great idea.
