Confessions of feelings are rarely as nice and romantic as they seem in the Hollywood flicks. Sometimes, they're screamed across an empty house as someone leaves. Others, they whispered across white pillow cases as bodies lie close together in the dark. Of course, these feelings may not be returned, but it may be the only shot you have.

If you even meant to spill, anyway.

How to Play
- Comment with your character, putting your information and preferences somewhere in the comment.
- Comment to other characters. Roll the RNG to get your prompt, or pick one.
- Play out the scene and take it whatever direction you'd like.
- Be cute and fun or sad and depressing.

1. Planned: You've been planning to tell this person how you feel, and you know exactly the way to do it.

2. Spontaneous: Uh-oh, it just slipped out! Maybe you weren't thinking, maybe it was a fight, but somehow, your secret's out.

3. Heat of the Moment: What's better than calling someone's name out in the trows of passion? Why, telling them you love them, of course!

4. The Last Time: You're coming clean with your feelings because you're dying, moving away, leaving the planet, going to war, whatever. Might as well when you'll probably never see them again.

5. Jealousy: You've seen the one you love in the arms of another, and you just have to let your feelings be known so they don't end up with the wrong person! Selfish, what's selfish?

6. Drunk: A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts, so maybe you should be careful what you say, or you'll be telling your best friend you have the hots for her. Awkward.

7. Lie: You don't actually have feelings for this person, but you need them to believe that you do in order to use them, get something, or perhaps to not hurt their feelings.

8. Sweet: You confess...and they feel the same, and have wanted to say it for a while. Oh, how cute! Go on and enjoy your cute little romance.

9. One-sided: One of you confessed, but it's completely unrequited. Can you still be friends, or is that too painful?

10. Forbidden: Your love for this person is totally uncool - not allowed, even. But it has to be brought to light, preferably by you.

11. Unfulfilled: While you both love each other, you decided mutually that this can't go any further.

( Ideally, he would have waited until spring. The backdrop to this plan would have been rows of vibrantly blooming flowers beneath their feet and sakura petals showering from above. The air would be warm, but not uncomfortable. Aoi wouldn't be in love with someone else.

Unfortunately none of these conditions are met, and it's why Kazura cares less about the mood this time around. Nothing is matching up to what he envisioned, but the answer will be no, regardless. This was to release the burden of his feelings and for nothing more. He could disappear after this.

Currently, he's listening to Aoi ramble on about his life and its various relations to the arts and to literature and to politics. The man bounced around from subject to subject, completely non-present as he mentally arranges and prepares the words he's about to say, not bothering to come up with a proper segue. His friend might realise this by his blank staring ahead. )

Dean sighed, he just couldn't handle this tension anymore. Ever since Castiel had returned from purgatory and got reprogrammed by Naomi, lost his grace, recovered his grace, the mess with Sam and Gadreel and everything else, Dean just felt like the worst friend ever. Now with the Mark of Cain hanging over his head and his having been turned into a Demon and then cured, it was even more of a mess. So many times he'd wanted to admit how much he cared and loved Castiel, but he'd never had a chance and now he didn't believe himself worthy to even be considered his friend.

Finally now that they had a moment where everything was seemingly back to normal...or as normal as it could be given all of the recent events....he had done his best to apologize and not make a complete ass out of himself in the process. Instead of being angry or blaming Dean for their problems, Castiel had just looked at him like he always did and Dean had gotten angry and flustered and somehow it had all just come out. He slapped a hand over his mouth, he hadn't meant to say that he loved the angel. He didn't deserve his friendship let alone forgiveness, what right did he have to love Cas like that? He stared in shock, afraid that Cas would abandon him now that the truth was in the open.

[ Crona had never been in love before. It was a new concept. One that was a little scary as well as a little weird. It had taken some reading and talking with a friend for the pink haired swordsperson to even think about what to begin to say.

... Scratch that. Crona still has no idea what they're going to say to Lioriley. Other than 'your presence makes me feel weird...' which, honestly, Crona had said a few times before. ]

Honestly, it's them. So of course, this would only be happening now. It couldn't have been like, in the middle of a fight where there would be angry 'why didn't you ever tell me?' or blurted out awkwardly at some family dinner so at least Miles would be forced to say something immediately in return. Wasn't at a bar, where they could both be drunk and pretend to ignore it tomorrow.

Nope, it had to happen here. In traffic. Stuck on the freeway between the airport and the base, after Miles had told Rachel that he was done and he didn't love her (he did, but not enough, and that was always the problem wasn't it?) And when Miles was saying what a frigging crummy person he was -- Bass had turned towards him and passionately argued for a solid twenty minutes into this traffic jam how that was not true, how Miles was the best person that he had known, that Rachel had never deserved him and never would and they should tell Ben so he didn't break his heart over someone so completely unworthy of both the brothers ...

And it just slipped out. Just a quiet, awed, "God, I love you."

Aw, crap. Okay, yeah, worst timing award ever? Miles Matheson, who would now be staring at the road thanks and not at his best friend, nope.

If he could be drunk, he would be. Of course, if he could be drunk, he wouldn't be driving at all and Deputy Do-Right would definitely have tried to stop his driving Lydia home from the station. He'd tried hard enough as it was, but wasn't it just a shame how his car tires had been punctured? Damn kids and their pranks.

One more minute staring at his pretty face and earnest gaze and the way it was fixed on Lydia and more than his tires might have ended up slashed....which was, honestly, discomfiting, because a basic premise of Peter's life was maintaining control.

Of course, now that he had her in his car, he was uncharacteristically quiet, thinking about that reaction, analyzing it, trying to figure out where it fit in and what the hell it was about and, really, did she have to wear such a distracting perfume? Or was that just her? He let out a bit of a sigh he didn't intend, frowning slightly as he shifted gears and sped up.

Gajeel wasn't completely drunk, but he had enough to feel pretty buzzed. Him and Juvia had just taken on and completed a mission in a city far from Fairy Tail. It was going to be a long trip back, and they were going to be staying the night at least in this place.

They had a room at the Inn, but he didn't want to stay cooped up in there all night, so he dragged Juvia out to a bar. It was loud and rowdy and filled with mages. But it wasn't a dangerous place. Honestly, Cana would have loved and fit right in in this place. Gajeel took a drink from his glass again before looking to Juvia.

"Oi. Juvia. Are you gonna have something?"

She lifts her hand to wave at her dad as he leaves, simultaneously meaning to end the conversation on the phone, and wires get crossed somewhere on the line when she sort of combines their two goodbyes together: where Haruhi means to say, 'Bye senpai, see you tomorrow,' she instead casually and quite accidentally blurts: ] Bye senpai, I love you.

[ Oh, no, she thinks just a split second too late for it to do any good and presses her hand hard against her eyes. Please let him not have heard that... ]
