It had been four hours, and Avon still wasn't answering at any of the intercom points on the ship. Fed up with what was probably another act of passive aggression after their last argument (which had thankfully cleared the flight deck in its wake, as Blake was in no mood to discuss the state of things with the crew at the moment), Blake used Zen to pinpoint his location, pacing the deck as he made his demand.

//Kerr Avon is not aboard the Liberator,// Zen informed him tonelessly.

"What do you mean he's - Zen, we haven't docked in at least a week's time, and he was on the flight deck less than five hours ago. He can't possibly have gone without taking an escape pod or teleporting. Did he do either of those?"

//Negative.//

"Then he's still on board. Scan again."

//Kerr Avon is not aboard the Liberator. However, a life form with an almost identical biometric signature has been scanned in the quarters claimed by Roj Blake.//

"...what?" Blake ceased his prowling to stare incredulously at the calm twinkle of the reference point. "What do you mean identical? But it isn't him?"

//No information available.//

"...obstinate bastard," Blake muttered, stalking off the deck and into the corridors.

Moments later, the door to his cabin slid open - it was his room and their affair, so he saw no reason to announce himself or wait for permission - and he stepped in, all scowl and thunder. He raised a finger to point at the figure cowering in his bed, ready to give Avon a piece of his mind, and...

that...

wasn't Avon.

"Who are you," he asked, deadly calm, "and what are you doing on my ship?"

It's only because he texts her a warning beforehand that she doesn't get pissy over someone invading her office without permission. Never mind the fact that her team does this constantly, so why is she even surprised? And she's still a little pissy, because who the hell does he think he is?! Demanding she get to her office like that... Please! Doesn't he realize she has a job? When does he ever willing step foot in the hospital alone, anyway?

Never, that's when.

Which is the only reason she's acknowledging him now. Her heels click on the floor, a steady tap, tap, tap down the hall that announces her approach. By the time she eases the door open, she's run through all the scenarios she can think of. He better not be dying over something stupid.

"Sasuke-kun, this better be impor--" and her words die on her tongue.

It's what jumpstarts her brain, and soon, she's scowling at him (her??). Slamming the door shut, Sakura points an accusing finger at her teammate. "You--this--what the hell!" She expects more from you, Sasuke. This is the sort of stunt Naruto would pull. "You have five seconds to tell me why you're showing me this." Seriously, she's on shift, damn it!
