INJURIES.
1. Sprain/strain. How did you screw up walking?

3. Cuts. Hopefully one of you has a sewing kit.
4. Burns. Location, location, location. Let's pray this one isn't on your ass.
5. Concussion. No, they're most likely not holding up fifteen fingers.

HOW'D IT HAPPEN.

WHERE'D IT HAPPEN.
1. Home. Did you remember to invest in a first aid kit?

[ it figures. his first day out with the team, finally deemed well and fit enough to go back out in the field, and he goes and fucks it up. it wasn't even a serious alien invasion-type deal, just some shady HYDRA underground stuff and that should've been an easy in, easy out situation.

they weren't even ambushed. Bucky had ended up in a fist-fight with a few agents and a stray bullet from another fight across the room ended up embedding itself just below his knee. he went down fast, but Steve and his teammates were there in time to help him out. but they had to get him out after that, Bucky knew he'd just slow everyone down.

thanks to him, the mission was botched. the men they were after managed to escape, so now the Avengers are chasing after them while Bucky hobbles into the lab, setting himself down on the nearest bench with a huff and folding his arms across his chest. it's one thing to get hurt on his first mission out since Steve found him huddled up in an alley in Brooklyn - he heals fast, his threshold for pain is considerably high, so it's not the wound itself bothering him - it's another thing entirely to be the reason HYDRA got away. so he's considerably grumpy and probably not in the most chatty of moods.

and it figures, the nurse heading over to see to him is a cute girl. life sucks on so many levels. ]

It's not that bad. [ his pant leg's torn up, revealing where the bullet hit him, and there's a bit of a gash on his forehead from the fight but that's healing up quick. it's mostly his mood that's the worst off. ]
