[Ana had managed to sneak into Dean's motel room by stealing the key from one of the maids. Dean was in trouble, and she wasn't even sure if he knew it?

Sure, she lost him. How could she have not? She went missing, not of her own accord though, she had managed to run into some people that she had been living with during the zombie apocalypse that Dean and his brother had launched upon Michigan. Ana had to make sure they were okay, and there was no way to get back in touch with Dean once she was in the no zone. Back in the area where it had all gone down, the towns were still cornered off with a strong military showing. So, why did she come back? Well, it was easy to answer, she loved Dean.

When she saw that he was with someone else, a really hot redhead--Ana was happy for him, and she was going to leave things as they were. Let him think she died or something, but it was purely by accident that she found out she was a plant--a demon sent in by Crowley or so she assumed. She couldn't leave him with her, so she snuck into his motel room to kidnap him in the hopes of convincing him that the woman he loved was really not a woman at all.

She knew this was going to go tits up, but she had to try---didn't she owe him that much? So here she was, Ana kicked the bed hard but kept her gun trained upon him, and far enough away from him so that he couldn't get the upper hand. Well, unless he bum-rushed her or something like that? ]

Nathan's feelings for Tracy were complicated at best. She was a lot of things, it was made overly complex by his history with Niki, and then made even worse that she was with, to some degree or another anyway, Malden.
