At this point, it doesn't matter who's fault it is. You are physically stuck to another being. Literally can not stop touching them. And nothing seems to be working to get you two apart at all. Thankfully, you're not completely out of luck. Just the item or help you need to separate yourselves will be ready and available...eventually. Let's hope you and that person you're stuck to can last that long without killing one another.

It was a harmless spell. About as harmless as the street goblin she was chasing. She didn't want to hurt it. On the contrary, she was trying to help it but every time she got close enough to try and talk with it, it would take off again and she was really tired of getting hit by cars. Her ribs really couldn't take it. So she was trying to capture the goblin as best as she could without harming it in any way and she was shocked at the list of spells she had to go through to find the right one and even that one she wasn't so sure about all the Latin. Like she was the expert. And she couldn't very well to go to any of the others. They'd sooner blast the poor creature than stop and ask questions.

This wasn't the first time she'd gone after something on her own but it had been awhile and she was unfortunately a bit rusty, especially with the research. She'd given up on books, preferring the cold hard screen to pages. Written words held magic and she didn't need to be taken by surprise again. Even though that had been forever ago.

The spell had sounded simple enough; if it worked, it would create a string that would tie the goblin to her, invisible to anyone normal, acting a leash that would hold the goblin to her. As long as she could keep the goblin close to her, keep it from getting away, she could talk with it and hopefully figure out why on earth it was living all by itself, then help it if she could. That had been the plan anyhow and it hadn't really gone like she thought.

Goblins were tiny and tricky creatures and her aim wasn't that great. The spell had missed the goblin and instead of just disappearing into dust, it decided to latch itself to an actual person. So while she watched the goblin run off with something that sounded an awful lot like a crazy giggle, she got herself stringed up in a spell that she only just now realized she had no idea how to undo. As the magic coiled around their wrists, Sarah gave an experimental tug, grimacing as the magic tightened and tugging her toward her accidental target. Well, as spells go, it could have ended worse.
