7 Minutes in Heaven
![]() |
RULES • Leave a comment with your character's name and fandom. • RNG for a number between 1-10 to get your scenario. Mix and match! • Have fun! |
SCENARIOS 01) One In A Million | The other person is the only reason you agreed to play this game and now you have them right where you've hoped for all night! Get it, tiger. 02) Not My Type | This is hella awkward. Is it their voice? Attitude? Appearance? You just don't want those lips anywhere near yours. Seven Minutes In Heaven, more like Seven Minutes Of Nope. 03) Seventy Minutes | You're so involved in smooching that neither of you notices the door has been locked and everyone else has left the room! Not until it's too late. 04) Unrequited | Tell them how you feel (so many! emotions!!). Even if you're a little too enthusiastic and your love is unrequited you have seven minutes of smooching to do, as per game rules. You can't fail! 05) Seconds and Thirds | Some self-proclaimed funny man outside upped the stakes and now a third party has been shoved inside with the two of you. Make the most of it! (Three-way threads ahoy!) 06) Taken | One of you has a significant other and your seven minutes are spent smooching anyway. Oops. 07) Strangers in the Hangers | Hello there, Good Looking. Where has this hottie been all night? Who cares, now they're yours! 08) Long Lost Smooches | You haven't seen them in forever and didn't know they were going to be here tonight. Resolve that UST! 09) Party Pooper | One of those involved is upset because of #PartyShit and now they're trapped in a closet after getting dragged into playing a game they tried to avoid. Cheer them up? 10) Get A Room | Your seven minutes are up but neither of you wants to stop. Relocate to a spare room! |

[Or so he says. Ace's idea of fun rarely lined up with Julius' - never mind that none of the things that the clockmaker did could be misconstrued as fun by anyone. If not here, he'd probably still be working away at his desk. That was where he was most comfortable. On the other hand, there were very few people willing to be this close to him, and the number of times he allowed them to do so was very small. Even the people he cared for (whether he admitted it or not) got pushed away more often than not. So being close to someone was something he felt very strongly.]
...this is ridiculous. Stop fooling around.
[Certainly Ace was trying to mess with him. The alternative was believing that Ace wanted that, and flustered or not, he couldn't accept that. Ace was... different. And he was closer to him than anyone. But it was a crazy idea, if only because Julius decided it was, being the type who pushed away by instinct.]

[ a very physical, personal kind of game, but a game nonetheless; something they're no strangers to. if he was asked, he wouldn't deny wanting to kiss julius at all. there's a billion different reasons for it, but the most important one right now is just making him uncomfortable and getting him to unwind. he works with clocks, you'd think he would know how to do that much at least. ]
Won't you indulge me just this once?
no subject
Do I look like someone to look to for indulgence?
[It's naturally quite the opposite, and they both know that. However... Julius crossed his arms across his chest and looked at Ace for a long second before he shook his head. This could no doubt turn into something he would regret. There was always that possibility. But...]
Very well I shall play your little game.
[Well he'd like to say his only goal was whatever would end this game and get him out of this place. But to say so would be a lie. He wanted to know what Ace was getting at and being this close to him was not as unpleasant as he'd like to make others believe.]
So? What exactly are your rules for this game?
no subject
Heh! It's very simple. You kiss me long enough, and I let you out!
[ well, that's basically the gist of it, anyway. ]
no subject
No.
[That answer was far too vague to be satisfactory - besides the other glaring issue with his choice in game. Never mind that he'd already agreed to play the game, before knowing the rules no less. There was only so much embarrassment he had an idea to endure willingly, and kissing was out of the question.]
no subject
Why not?
[ still keeping him against that wall, too. ]
no subject
As if you should even need to ask.
[But because this is Ace, he's pretty sure he really does require the explanation.]
First of all, your 'rules' are very vague. And second, I don't see the point in it.
no subject
There isn't really a point, I guess. I just want to kiss you.
no subject
[And he thought it wouldn't get any more embarrassing. Clearly he underestimated Ace. Granted, it took a moment to sink in, but when it did, Julius could feel his face warming up and could only hope it wasn't noticeable.]
...what?
no subject
I said I want to kiss you. Are you afraid of a kiss?
no subject
I am not afraid.
[Embarrassed. Yes. Scared? No. That was ridiculous.]
...why?
no subject
Who knows? You need a good make out session from time to time, don't you think?
[ he probably doesn't, but whatever. ]
no subject
[It's hard to miss, but even so, Julius has never been one to know what to do with emotions. Denying them and ignoring them are by far the easier path. Even so, despite Ace's habit for pointless and foolish things, he can tell immediately that he's not being entirely truthful. It's not like Ace.]
...I don't need anything of the sort.
[Touching people... he's no good with it. Honestly, it's even worse than his social skills. He gets nervous just thinking about it.]
no subject
[ technically true; he doesn't realize when he's lying. he's convinced he's just doing this to amuse himself and his friend, but there might be some deeper feelings involved-- things ace didn't really want to think of. ]
You're probably thinking it too, though. That there's no one better you could be trapped in here with.
no subject
...no one else would ask me to play such a game.
[So was it lucky or unlucky... well, it was probably a mixture of both.]
no subject
[ ace says this purely, completely ignorant of how crazy it sounds. but it's okay, because julius is his friend, and no one else likes him but ace, so there's nothing wrong with saying what he thinks so openly, right?
he cups his face with his hands, lifting it up a little. ]
So, can I? Please?
no subject
...don't do anything foolish.
He doesn't need the knight getting crazy thoughts - so even if a situation seems impossible, it's better to shoot it down immediately.
Julius finds that unlike the awkward expectation on touching others - beING touched can be... pleasant. However, there is a different kind of pressure. The pressure to accept. And no doubt the expectation of reciprocation. It is that which ultimately makes him the most nervous. Ace's touch however, does bring back the light pink color to his cheeks.]
...I consented to play your game. Do as you like.
[Of course he hides behind nonchalant words, but when doesn't he? Where emotions are involved it's... a natural reflex.]
no subject
[ and with that, he tilts his chin up again, leaning down to faintly brush their lips together without kissing him yet. ]
I might not be able to contain myself if you offer yourself to me so willingly.
no subject
...you said it yourself. It's only a kiss.
[Right. Nothing to worry about. Not the way his chest feels tight, or his lips tingle from the touch. Just a kiss. Nothing to be scared of...]
no subject
[ it's a geniune question, too. ]
no subject
[Kisses are foreign enough to him - anything beyond that is... well beyond his experience. Asking him to decide, much less say as much is pretty futile.]
no subject
[ and with that, he closes the distance between them, finally kissing him softly as he keeps his shoulders pinned to the wall. ]
no subject
no subject
he'll definitely keep it going, make no mistake, but for now he pulls back, dying to take a look at his face. ]
You're blushing.
no subject
That's... I don't need you to tell me that.
[Of course he knew. Being reminded, however, is even more embarrassing.]
