1. Previously aloof tough character gets injured, lets the love interest treat their injuries, and reveals a newfound trust and intimacy. This might or might not involve the tough person making that hissing sound when the love interest touches their injured face, but not quite pulling away...

2. The love interest gets injured, and the tough character treats them and suddenly reveals a tender side.

It's an old trope, admittedly, but an understandable one. You're hurt - physically or emotionally - and perhaps even on the brink of death. And then, out of the blue, someone saves you and brings you back. They heal you, they feed you, cloth you, wash you. In the human mind, the intimacies can bring up warm feelings, even in the hardest of hearts. Will you fight them or let them grow? And what about when it's time to leave? You may not feel like leaving your angel...

HOW TO PLAY
1. Comment with your character and preferences. Mention if you'd prefer to play the healer or the healed - or both, for greatest versatility!
2. Reply to others.

NOT EXACTLY PROMPTS, BUT IDEAS

- The finding and saving

She's cold, so cold, wrapped in a blanket, warm and safe back in her apartment. Her hand under his is as cold as ice; fittingly, he supposes. His arm is around her shoulders and he rubs his hand vigorously along her arm to get the blood flowing.

"Is there anything you need? Anything I can do to help?"

Running through the woods away from the cabin she was locked in. Had set it on fire, the plume of smoke and hot orange flames rising in the night, lighting up the forest. No shoes. In a shirt and a long winter coat she had found as she made her way out of the dirt cellar, Freya ran, afraid she would be found and chained back up. At every step she felt the bruises in her muscles, at every breath the cuts laid into her skin were stretched, at every fall aching bones threatened to lie there and not get up. A mile, two, who knew for certain, not knowing where she was and her little wind gone, blown, shaking legs were unable to go a step farther. Fallen into a dry hollow, she wrapped the lower half of the coat around her bare legs and rooted though the pockets for anything useful, wishing for something to eat, a pair of socks, jeans, tough hiking boots, a cell phone...something...anything.
