TYPE OF SCENE.
① Action → Gun fights, bar brawls, fights to the death are all possible scenarios.
② Angst → Characters suffer emotionally or physically from relationships breaking up, death, injury, etc. Hurt and comfort themes are included.
③ Crack → Genderswaps, super powers, sudden compulsions are all possible outcomes.
④ Fluff → Something that is devoid of angst. It's light-hearted and might have the overtone of romance.
⑤ Gen → General fun, things that didn't fit in the other categories.
⑥ Sex → First times, kinks, even dubcon are all possible themes of sex related scenarios.
⑦ Your choice → Think of your own scenario, choose one of the above or make a combo even!

ACTION.
① Zombies → It's the zombie apocalypse, lock and load!
② Bar brawl → You had one too many drinks, said something wrong, and now you're being asked to take it outside.
③ Chase → You're caught in a high speed chase.

⑭ Showdown → Time for a cowboy-style showdown. Whoever draws the fastest wins.
⑮ War → You're caught in the middle of a war here. Remember to keep your chin up and keeping fighting.
⑯ Apocalypse → The apocalypse finally happened and now you're left to scavenge and fight for whatever is left.
⑰ Sabotage → It's time to sabotage someone's plan! How is entirely up to you. Do you set up a bomb in their toilet? Do you double cross them at the last minute?
⑱ Big damn hero → You know you have to handle this one alone, so that means disarming or knocking unconscious the person who wants to join you.
⑲ Fight club → You know the rules... you're in an underground fighting ring and you're fighting with all you've got.
⑳ Threaten → You've just been sent here to rough them up a little, threaten them into behaving.

ANGST.
① Injury / illness → Your character has become injured or ill! To what extent is the mun's choice.
② Last moments → You character has been gravely injured and this is their last chance to say their last words.
③ Depression → Your character is depressed, what actions they take is up to the mun.
④ Betrayed → You character has been betrayed by the other. How do they react?
⑤ Tortured → Your character is being tortured and needs rescuing or at least a sympathetic ear to help him through it.
⑥ Jealousy → Your character is feeling jealous and must deal with it, how will they do it?
⑦ Breakup! → This relationship has gone as far as it can, it's time to breakup.
⑧ Broken → For whatever reason, the character is broken, mentally or or physically.
⑨ Fight → You can't even be in the same room as your friend or lover without arguing anymore.
⑩ Lost → You lost the biggest fight of your life and now all you can do is try to pick up the pieces.
⑪ Worst nightmare → Whatever you fear the most is now real or maybe you're just trapped in a dream together, but whatever it is, it feels too real.
⑫ Addicted → You're addicted to something, alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever. It's destroying your life and you can't do anything to stop it.
⑬ Hurt you → You're being forced to hurt someone you love either by betraying them or even being forced to shout things you don't mean. It's for their own good in the end though.
⑭ Separation → You were forced to leave this person for their own safety and while you've been miserable without them, you really didn't mean to run into them again... maybe it was by accident or you were watching them from afar this whole time.
⑮ Becoming a monster → You are slowly changing, becoming a monster: vampire, zombie, demon, something you can't recover from and no-one can help you.
⑯ Frozen → You are entirely helpless, frozen, to stop some kind of disaster.
⑰ Prison → You were very bad and now it's time to pay the price by turning yourself in or maybe the law just finally caught up to you.
⑱ Fear → You're not sure why, but you are suddenly terrified and you can't deal with it. You need help.
⑲ Hated → You are now hated by the person you loved the most.
⑳ Down and out → You're living on the streets, you've hit rock bottom, and you don't know what to do.

CRACK.
① Sexswap → Uh-oh, you're suddenly the opposite sex!
② Forced confessions → No matter what it is and no matter how hard you resist, you're going to be compelled to spill some deep dark secret!
③ Mind-reading → You've suddenly got the ability to read minds!
④ Animal → You're suddenly part animal or transformed into an animal!
⑤ Awkward pick-up lines → You're compelled to use bad pickup lines on whoever is closest!
⑥ Back in School / Graduated → You're suddenly back in school! Or if you were already in it, you've aged and long since graduated!

⑯ Back in time → Somehow, you wound up in the past again. Do you try to correct something or just sit and wait for time to jump? Maybe it jumps to various points in your life or maybe you actually think you're back in the day. Have fun, run wild with the idea!
⑰ To the future → Is it everything you've dreamed? Is it horrible? Whatever happens, you're here to witness what happens to you in the future. Either you take the place of your future self or you're just there to watch. Might cause some confusion if people start seeing double though...

④ Costume party → You're at a costume party, both of you are wearing masks. Do you keep the anonymity or take it off and see whose company you've been enjoying?
⑤ Wrong number → Oops, actually you didn't mean to call that person...
⑥ Drunk → You're already drunk! Drunk dialing, stumbling into someone, showing up unexpected... what type of drunk are you anyway? Aggressive, loving, happy? How does the other react?

[The lack of experience is obvious, but he's not trying to overcompensate by being too wet or showy. In fact, there's something to be said for the slower approach. It leaves room to notice other things. It's so quiet, up here. No music, no honking cars. Just the rush of wind, slowly building heat.

Agnes gives a nod when he pulls back.]

[There's a smirk too, because sooner or later Keith has got to learn when she's teasing. Until now, she's never actively flirted, so there's some catching up to do!]

[Knowing when he's being teased or flirted with is unsurprisingly going to take some time. It's definitely going to be a while before seeing Agnes smile at him or thinking about kissing her doesn't make his stomach flutter too but it's the good kind of flutter so he can't really mind.

Wrapping both arms around her again Keith buries his face Agnes' hair, inhaling the smell of her perfume. He pulls back just enough to see her face again, a different sort of trepidation taking over for the moment.]

Ms Agnes? Will this... still be alright tomorrow?

[It may be a foolish thing to ask but he has to know. Everything has happened so fast it seems and part of him can't help but wonder if, come morning, Agnes will have regrets or even disappear completely. So maybe the latter isn't very likely but he thought he'd get to see the girl in the park again too.]

[When Keith does that, the first night in her apartment comes rushing back - breath in her hair, arms tight around her. Was that where this started? That far back? There's a flash of irritation, but it dissipates immediately. There's an unwinding into the hug. She turns her face into his neck, letting things just... turn off. Just for a second.

Then that question. He's just full of surprises tonight. Agnes looks him right in the eye, considering. Then she pulls him in for another kiss, this one longer.]

Yes. God help me. But if you want to keep doing this, we need to discuss a few things.

[They are floating hundreds of feet above the city and she's AWOL from one of her own parties. Well, no time like the present.]

[Kissing Ms Agnes is most definitely going to take some getting used to but in the best possible way. It's a bit like being knocked out of the sky but without the pain. Maybe not the best comparison but he can't really think of anything better when he's still blinking in shock and trying to remember how to form words.

Her answer does a good job of snapping his attention back though.]

[The words are out of his mouth while he's still processing. She said yes. Ms Agnes said yes.

Keith's cheeks are aching from smiling so much. Ms Agnes said yes. They're... something. Is dating the right word? They haven't actually gone on a proper date so far.... he should fix that. Unless tonight counts but it doesn't seem like a proper date. They've both spent the majority of the night working. He should take her out for a proper date then and soon. But she wanted to talk about some things first, didn't she? He really should be paying attention, this is important.]

[What advice column did he life THAT out of? Agnes is fairly sure he hasn't gotten that insight from practical experience. Once again - God help her. What IS she getting into?

She raps a couple of knuckles against Keith's temple.]

[She pulls back a little - enough so she can concentrate, but not breaking the embrace because hundreds of feet in the air. Okay, and the small matter of being held like this is really nice.]

Let's get a few things straight. You are an idiot. You've wanted to do this for at least three weeks. The fact you WANT to do this just proves your insanity.

[Pretty much this is a "Last chance to run" speech. But it is Sky High, so she'd forcing herself to break it into smaller bites.]

[That bit of wisdom (if you could really call it that) had, like most of Keith's ideas regarding proper relationships, come from reading magazines borrowed from the other heroes or left discarded on the train. Though it's not much worse than the relationship advice received from his co-workers in the past. Maybe he'd ask Wild Tiger for advice next time. He had been married after all, he had to know a lot about proper relationships.]

[He's really not sure why wanting to date Ms Agnes qualifies him as insane to her - does she think he'd only want to date another NEXT? But that doesn't make any sense! But neither does what she says after.]

[Does that mean she still wants to put a stop to things? But she had said it was fine and it wasn't like Ms Agnes to lie just to make him feel better. Why was this sort of thing always so difficult?]

[Yes, he definitely should ask Tiger. Mr. "I Have No Idea When People Are Flirting Until They Are Screaming It In My Face." However, Tiger might be helpful with the "What comes next" category. But maybe better to ask on a different night, when he isn't so... occupied. Anyway - ]

Look. In case you failed to notice, I don't do romance well. I am a bitch and I'm proud of it. My life is scheduled out for the next ten years. You weren't a part of it - no one was. Dating is messy. People are complicated.

[Look where they are now. Literally. And Keith didn't plan any of it he just went along with things and they worked.]

[He's completely sincere, it doesn't matter if she is proud of being seen in such a way. People may occasionally say unflattering things about Ms Agnes and she can be scary and abrupt and may act like she only cares about ratings but she helps people and no one who helps others for a living can be bad, not where it counts.]

I don't know about messy or complicated but I think, even if it's hard, I'd rather have people I care about in my life than have an easy life. No one wants to be alone all the time.

[That's sweet. However, as long as people are going to say "Bitch" she is going to own it.

Then your life is about to get more complicated. This is going to come out. Everything does, in this town. It may take... awhile, if we're careful. It may just be at the civilian level, which means you'll get a LOT more attention as Keith Goodman for dating the HeroTV producer. If it gets out on the Hero level -

There are people who would use this, especially if they find out I'm dating Sky High.

Are you prepared for that?

[He hadn't thought of that possibility. That Ms Agnes might be targeted because people would want to hurt Sky High. Maybe this is the point where he should call it off so that can never become a problem. It's what happens in stories most of the time, the hero distancing themselves from a loved one to protect them.

But he doesn't want to do that. And it's not as though doing that would mean he didn't care what happened to Ms Agnes. Even if they'd never reached this point, he would still hate to see her placed in harms way. The same goes for anyone in the city. It's not hard to find hostages to use against the heroes if that's what a criminal wants to do. Ms Agnes may honestly be safer than most, spending a lot of her time around the heroes as she does.]

I am. It's my job to protect everyone in the city, no matter who they are. That won't ever change.

I don't mind if people start paying attention to Keith Goodman. I'll be fine if that happens.

[He may not be too eager for his true identity to start drawing attention - it's good to be able to step away from the public eye sometimes and just be another face in the crowd - but it won't be anywhere near as much as what Barnaby has to put up with and he can manage just fine.]

But you'll be the one who might be in danger if people find out about Sky High. It's your choice. I... won't push if you think it's a bad idea.

[As much as he may hate the idea of giving up now he doesn't have the right to endanger Ms Agnes if she thinks it's too much of a risk.]

[Agnes tilts her head to the broken leg.]

I'm already in danger every day. It's my job. In a way, it would make things more predictable. If I know what area the threat's coming from, I can plan for it.

Hmm, dramatic rescue like that though - could get some ratings!

[Aaaaaand we are back to teasing. She can't help it. Considering the track record, you would have to be a very stupid person to try going after Agnes at all, and that was without romantic connections. She has ZERO interest in being some damsel, thank you. Or in worrying Keith like that.

But it doesn't hurt to look at the theoretical bright side.

Rule #1 of HeroTV - Do Not Fuck With Agnes.]

[She has point. At least about her job always carrying a certain risk. Not about being able to plan for where danger might come from. It might be true but planning for trouble like that just seems to be inviting it. In general there haven't been too many occurrences of criminals targeting Ms Agnes personally for the same reasons the heroes themselves - even Barnaby - rarely get personally targeted. Unless it's a very powerful individual like Jake or Maverick it just doesn't happen.

Maybe he's learning faster than expected or maybe it's just the idea of Ms Agnes purposefully getting into trouble to boost ratings but Keith laughs and grins at her.]

I don't think I'd like it if you planned to get into trouble just for that. We have plenty to do normally don't you think?

[Sobering he goes on-]

You don't think anyone else will have a problem do you? I don't want you to get accused of favouritism.

[Keith himself many not care about points but his sponsors do as do the other companies. If they decide Agnes is favouring Sky High over the others (not that she would, there's no doubts there) it could cause problems for her.]

[There's a smirk at that. Keith is learning!

Then he raises a very good point. One she actually has a pretty quick answer to, considering she's been trying not to think about any of this.]

Since we have different employers it doesn't violate any guidelines. We would need to file it officially with HR at both our companies. I'm not actually in control of the points, but there would be an evaluation period to ensure there's no conflict of interest.

And...

[Here, she grimaces.]

...We would probably have to tell the other Heroes. To be fair.

[Now THERE'S several conversations she's looking forward to. God some of them are going to be smug. Or worse, start squealing. The paperwork sounds FUN in comparison!]

Yes, that would be the right thing to do.

[It may be the right thing but Keith's not sure it's something he really wants to do right away when it's all still so new. They're his friends and they care about him and want to help but sometimes.... Sometimes when they get excited it can get a little overwhelming, even for him.

And they're going to tease him and he's going to end up blushing even more. The teasing will probably be nowhere near as awkward as the questions though, both the ones he'll understand and the ones he won't. Because they will ask him things that don't make sense, of that he's certain.]

Can we tell them together?

[That way Ms Agnes can answer the questions he doesn't get. And it might mean the teasing will wait till later so he can try to hide his embarrassment. Probably not though.]

What, you think I'm making you do this on your own?

[Sure, she'll throw him at super-powered villains and burning buildings all day. Their friends are an entirely different matter. She strokes fingers through his hair, reassuring.

Then the smirk is back.]

I wouldn't miss their faces for the world.

[The reactions are going to be priceless. Also, while Sky High's fair game, it's probably going to take a few seconds/days/years before any of the other Heroes are really going to feel brave enough to ask Agnes questions. The shock might even be enough for a quick escape. And if there are too many questions, won't it just be a shame if some kind of emergency pops up?]

We don't have to tell anybody just yet, though.

[He grins to make it clear he's joking and leans into the touch happily. They'll do it together. It might be a small thing but it makes him feel warm, contented. Together.]

Yes, I think it can wait till tomorrow at least. Everyone's still at the party.

[Which they're not at any more. No one has tried to contact them yet so it must be OK. Or they're far enough away the signals can't reach Ms Agnes' earpiece and it's not important enough to try his wristband. But it's nice up here, drifting above the city lights while everything seems so peaceful down below. They'll be busy again tomorrow and even if he has free time to visit Agnes again there will be other things to think of. Right now it's almost like there isn't anything else in the whole world besides the both of them.]

[Well NOW she wants to! There's a huff of annoyance that's mostly for show.]

[The earpiece is strong enough to cover the entire city. If there was a problem, she'd know. Everything's still running smoothly. However, there's going to be talk if two people with perfect attendance records are suddenly missing. Even Barnaby and Tiger can only provide so much distraction.(And the pair may be making their own escape, if they figure out Agnes is gone.)

Still. They're probably covered for a few more minutes up here. Agnes slides her hand down Keith's cheek, leaning in close.]

Of course, we haven't done much to really tell. Have we?

The way Ms Agnes leans in seems to answer that question and he gulps, equal parts nervous and hopeful.]

But if you wanted to... to. Um. To change that. We could, ah. If you wanted that is. To have something to tell. We could.

[Only not really because you couldn't just tell people 'we floated above the city and kissed and talked' or something like that. But Ms Agnes hadn't meant literally tell. Or he didn't think she had. And this was getting embarrassing again. Maybe he should kiss her again and see if that helped?

Even as he thought it, Keith was leaning down though he hesitated to close those last few inches.]

Usually Agnes has no patience for amateurs. She's used to banter and matching wits, a good fight. But this is its own kind of fun. There's something enticing about someone who doesn't know what they're doing. There's nerves and stalling but also an eagerness running under it. What could be done with all that?

Keith's at least leaning in the correct direction. Better clarify, though.]

Just because we HAVE something to tell doesn't mean we should. Got that?

This kiss is more thorough, and she works on coaxing Keith into taking some more initiative with his tongue. Her hand slides from his cheek across his shoulder, tracing out the muscles. Then, lazily, it begins wandering down his back.]

Ri- Mmph!

[That was only slightly awkward. At least he didn't accidentally bite his tongue, or worse, Ms Agnes'.

Fumble aside, Keith is perfectly happy to lose himself in kissing Agnes. He likes kissing. Well, really, it's more that he likes kissing her. It hasn't taken much to make that a certainty. He follows her lead at first though eventually takes the hint and hesitantly lets his tongue brush over Agnes' and slip past her lips, pulling her tighter against him without thinking.

He's not really paying attention where her hands go, his own safely stroking from shoulders to back and occasionally brushing her hair. It wouldn't be appropriate to touch anywhere else after all.]

[The tighter grip gets an approving hum. Agnes presses closer.

Keith's being a perfect gentleman with the hands, like he's afraid of straying one centimeter too far. Agnes has no such reservations, sliding hers down to his hips. Briefly she toys with the idea of letting them wander a little further. But... They do have a party to return to. Eventually. Getting things too rumpled would draw attention.

Also, that much contact might actually break Keith's concentration. And possibly his brain. Too bad.

His improved enthusiasm for kissing is not a bad consolation! Agnes settles more into it, switching up longer kisses with shorter, sharper ones.]

[It's probably best Agnes does avoid wandering too far - Keith's already distracted enough trying to keep up with kissing her as it is. And the fact he can feel her pressed up against him and it's making it hard to remember where they are or the fact that, sooner or later, they both need to get back to work. She's warm and she smells nice and her... chest is pressing against him and they're kissing.

They're drifting slowly back towards the ground, the sounds of the city getting louder as he pays less and less attention to keeping them aloft. It's a shame they do have to stop eventually, though maybe it's a good thing too. He doesn't want to get carried away and the night is already perfect as far as he's concerned.

He can't not smile as he rests his forehead against Agnes' and traces her cheek gently. It's definitely real. He's not dreaming.]

[Agnes closes her eyes at the contact, indulging in one more sigh. Just as she knows a good cue, she also knows when to make a cut. The noise is coming back. Taxis blare, music swarms up. Then there's a crackle in her ear.]

Um... Ms. Agnes... We seem to have... er, lost Sky High.

[She bites back a snicker and answers. Despite the very enjoyable last few minutes, her voice betrays nothing but irritation. She is a professional after all!]

What?! Never mind, I'll find Sky High. Just get Blue Rose in place.

[Then she looks back up at Keith, smirking.]

Hmmmm. Where am I going to find that slacker?

Sky High? [innocent blink] I'm sure he wouldn't have left unless it was very important. He certainly wouldn't want to do anything that might upset HeroTV's producer on such a wonderful night. And he wouldn't neglect his duty.

[He doesn't do devious very well but he's trying his best. The soon-to-be-permanent grin doesn't help much there but being as it's not going anywhere in a hurry that's just too bad.

Keith's lands back on the balcony with a soft tap and lowers Agnes down as softly as a feather, keeping his hand on her waist until he's sure she's not going to lose her balance. Sighing, he turns to look back inside.]

I'd better go get ready.

[They have work to do and their jobs are important. And it's not as though he doesn't love his job. They'll have more time later. Now that he knows Ms Agnes wants to do this too he's sure everything will work out fine.

Squeezing Agnes' hand he leans in to kiss her one more time before he goes.]

I'll see you later?

[It's like watching a toddler try to lie about stealing cookies when their mouth is smeared with chocolate. The only thing going for Keith is no one ever expects him to be anything but truthful. So it... kind of works? Agnes shakes her head in despair, but has a smile of her own after that kiss.

She's not as confident as Keith that everything's going to work out.

Then again - when has she ever backed down from a challenge?]

You'd better.

[Better get ready, and better see her later. Agnes squeezes his hand, then shoves him back toward the lights.
