[ Any time during his imprisonment, where his excessive lack of anything to do might nudge him towards exploring his Jotun-ness, or Sif confronting him about betraying Thor again, or, entirely too pleased with his crafty thievery of the throne, Loki reveals himself to Sif because no one would believe her or something. Or something else! Those are just a few context possibilities I've thought of. I'll roll with pretty much whatever, including canon divergence.

As for the ice: surface, oral, and/or penetrative -- depends on what she'd allow. Which may or may not be accompanied by verbal snipes along the lines of 'how can you bone a monster like me, you're a terrible Asgardian, what would Thor think if he knew!!' (paraphrased).
