[When he's pulled up from his half-slouching position into Terra's arms, his reaction is minimal, no real surprise and he doesn't tense up, in fact he leans against him, arms still at his sides for the moment.
While that contact hadn't been entirely unexpected, his words are. Mostly the emotion and strength behind them, though. He had no idea he'd meant that much to Terra. (Despite the fact that, really, he'd shown again and again that he did mean that much to him.)
For Wolfram, Terra was the only friend he had... The only person who was there for him whenever he needed him, and gave him space when he needed that. The only one who put up with Wolfram's volatile nature and even managed to subdue it at times, simply by being patient with him. Not giving up on him. It's the only relationship Wolfram's ever had that he's actually felt worked. And this move would take that all away from him. Just like that.
And he feels like he should mention that. That Terra's the reason he doesn't want to go, the reason he can't. Because while he's sick of moving around so much, it wouldn't have been as big of a deal if he hadn't had a reason to want to stay here. But before he can even open his mouth to say this, he's being kissed. And that's... more unexpected than the words had been. But it's gentle, and comforting, as is Terra's grip on him, because it feels solid and safe. Immovable.
He's turning a bit red though, because it's still a surprise and he's not even really sure what to do. So he just... acts on impulse. Because why not? He does everything else on impulse, why should this be any different? He kisses back: a gentle, slightly hesitant press of his own lips, as he finally moves his arms in order to bring his hands up to Terra's sides, fingers curling around the fabric of his shirt. And his eyes are closed now, and the tears have stopped, but his face is still damp from those that had come previously.]
