The Abrupt Kissing Meme

 

 

Plain and simple: your character is being kissed. Abruptly. How did this happen? Were they talking too much to the point where it was the only way to shut them up? Was someone bidding adieu or just not able to hold in their feelings? Or was this some CPR class gone bad? More importantly—how do they react?

How this works:
→ Leave a comment with the usual information in the subject line: character name, fandom. Any preferences, including what you don't want, should be included as well. Congratulations, your character is being kissed by whoever tags them!
→ Tag around.
→ Feel free to roll RNG (1-9) if you cannot come up with scenarios of your own.

[ Tokidoki didn't really mind shopping; it was fun with friends and sometimes it felt pretty nice to catch a sale, but today wasn't a good day for either of those things. None of his friends had been free to come with him to buy sneakers (disappointing) and, on top of that, everything was full price. Who paid full price for anything? Nobody, that's who. Staring dejectedly at a pair of sports tops (not that he, you know, played sports or anything), his shoulders hunched and he sulked, making faces at the price tag that wasn't about to change anytime soon. Too bad, too bad.

No sale aside, it was sort of crowded in the store, and there was a group trying to get near the sneaker wall he was standing in front of, so he twisted out of the way. Things things things, so many things, and he does his best to plod his way backwards past the benches to sit and the boxes of shoes, but he's lost his balance something fierce.

Shit. Shit oh shit oh shit -- he flails his arms a bit, eyes going wide as he gropes for the nearest wrack of shoes or clothes or whatever to throw himself against to avoid planting his face on the floor. ]

[ He grabs without paying much mind to what he's aiming for (anything anything), gleeing instantly in the fact that he hasn't done something too embarrassing by latching onto something, putting his weight against it and face going forward with his trip -- his lips press against something… soft? Not… metal? Or cold? Like, the opposite?

Wait, what?

Most would pull away at that point but he remains dumbfounded, kissing the warm not cold and definitely not metal shoe rack before pulling his head back, his arms still draped around its -- shoulders? ]

You… You're not a shoe rack!!!
