The Piggyback Ride Meme

Ahhh. The immortal piggyback ride. So versatile, there are so many uses for it—to transport the injured and the beloved, as a means of showing affection, and to even play. It's not just for romance. It can be done between parent and child, siblings, friends, medic and patient, even complete strangers and, in those rare moments, mortal enemies! Just be sure the person can carry you, yeah?

How this works:
→ Leave a comment with the usual information in the subject line: character name, fandom. Any preferences, including what you don't want, should be included as well. If you want, indicate if you want your character to Carry, Be Carried, or Both.
→ Congratulations. Your character is one half of a piggyback ride with whoever tags them!
→ Tag around.
→ Feel free to roll RNG (1-9) if you cannot come up with scenarios of your own.
→ Have fun, and be excellent to each other!

• 1 — Injury. (You can't walk like that. Here, let me carry you . . . )
• 2 — Romantic. (Obligatory shippy option.)
• 3 — Escape. (You're on the run and one of you is moving too slow or can't move at all!)
• 4 — Surprise! (That back right there? I'm going to jump the fuck on it and they don't even know it yet!)
• 5 — Duty. (EMT, military and disaster recovery personnel, firemen, etc. are sometimes required to carry civilians like this.)
• 6 — Game. (Chicken fight, park games, made-up games, whatever!)
• 7 — Wasted. (Go home, you're drunk. Except you can't walk . . . )
• 8 — Platonic or Familial. (It's such a beautiful day, can I carry you?)
• 9 — Fuck da police. (In other words, the random/whatever option.)

[ she buries her face in his neck in resignation...... which is probably weird but she's too tired to think much of it. ]

This is just a really unfortunate night for you, isn't it? [ she does not even bother looking over his head to check because she just assumes he's bothered by this all. Even people who want to do good still get frustrated with how much their personal morals make them feel obligated to do. ]

Trust me, you haven't seen my unfortunate nights. This is actually pretty good for me.

[ Carrying you to that McDonalds, hope no one in there minds the piggybacking!! Or maybe he'll set you down in a booth first idk. ]

[ A booth probably, yeah. She's able to slide off of his back and scoot in. Trying to think of what'd be cheapest for him to get for her... ]

Um... Chicken nuggets and fries. If that's okay.

[ Meanwhile off he goes to order it, pulling some crumpled ones out of his back pocket and counting them out... what is having money. ]

[ she wishes she knew...

while he's ordering she decides to try and go wash her shirt a little because now she's in public with blood on her. her legs feel shaky and weak, but she's able to rest against the wall as she goes. ]

[ Meanwhile, just waiting at the counter while she goes... ]

[ she manages to wash it to where it just looks like maybe she spilled something brown on herself, and makes it back to the booth probably about the same time as him. ]
