You've found yourself at an amusement park, and suddenly-- someone is guiding you towards a line. For whatever reason, you and someone else (possibly even a stranger you never met) are buddies for the ferris wheel. Whatever, it's just a short ride, right?

Except this Ferris wheel is magic. Towards the top you'll feel like getting close, and definitely like a power has overcome you. By all means, feel free to struggle, but once you get to the top it'll slow to a crawl. You two are going to kiss according to the powers that be, no ifs, ands, or buts.

This meme also doubles as an amusement park meme once you get off that awful ride! How about that? Now go have a magical night.

"I've never climbed a mountain, just rode up them. Although I did do some climbing at the waterway." That's aside from the point though, right? He laughs a bit. "Anyway, it's because it doesn't go too fast that it's amazing. You really have time to see things."

Arslan shifts finally, turning to face Kanji with a smile. "I suppose if one rides it enough, it becomes boring though?"

Whoa! What was with that face? Such a charming smile... it's hard for Kanji to take his eyes off it, at least until he realizes he's staring. Oops. Stupid pretty strangers.

"Wh-- n-nah, just most people like the rush a' the other rides, I guess? Um... it's not like I go to these things a lot."

If Arslan notices the staring, he politely ignores it, choosing instead to glance back over the side. "The rush of the other rides, huh? Getting so high up is a rush in itself.

"And we're almost at the top."

He doesn't know if he should feel lucky or terrified that he keeps running into pretty people, honestly. It's not a bad thing, but...

"O-oh. Yeah, looks like it! Pretty nice, um..." This would be Kanji's attempt at enjoying the view outside the car. "Pretty nice scene down there, huh?" Gulp. It feels like time is slowing the higher up they get...

If there's one thing Arslan is very good at, it's picking up on people's emotions to some extent, and he glances at Kanji, apparently feeling less than he is at the moment. "You alright?"

Blink. Blinkblinkblink. Great, now he's looking back this way again...

"Who, me? I'm fine! Yeah... um. How 'bout you? Having a good time?"

Why is he getting so flustered? This is a normal thing that happens on these rides, right? Two people stuck in a little compartment together? It just happens to be coincidence that one of them's blindingly beautiful, right?

"I'm fine. You're the one who looks like he's about to just jump overboard." He tilts his head, and reaches over to sort of feel Kanji's head as if to see if he has a fever. "Are you sick?"

"Wha--" Not feverish, no, but he can definitely feel his ears burning at this point. "N-Nah!! Don't worry about a thing! I just-- uh-- you're really... jeez...!"

That was one heck of a reaction, and now Arslan just looks immensely confused, though he manages to smile a little bit. "I'm what?"

If it's one thing Kanji's great at, it's overreacting. NO, DON'T SMILE LIKE THAT...

"Y-y-you're-- you're freakin' gorgeous?! How the hell are you doing that?!"

He's feeling awfully Yosukeish right now, what with the words rocketing out of his mouth without him meaning to say them. Stupid, stupid...!

Now Kanji's just going to get a very long stare, because how the heck does one even respond to that? Although eventually, Arslan does sort of manage a very weak "thank you."
