[ Working Erwin up just on the edge of release was Levi's ulterior motive that paid off. All riled up Erwin was awake and enough of his old self to take the reins back and think it was his idea to take the initiative. Levi while no greater mastermind, was in his own right capable of being manipulative when he wanted to be. This time he really did smile; a split second of his mouth curling into a slight smirk before it was gone.

Upended he felt the sudden rush of air and the soft thud when he back hit the mattress. Even when the obvious differences in size between them was factored in it always surprised him when Erwin could bodily throw him like that, let alone with just the one arm. Much as Levi would have preferred to appeared unaffected his own actions betrayed him; hips rolling up, knees up and pressed between Erwin's thighs as he teased the hem of his cotton shorts down. ]

That mad, huh?

[And for a moment he did think it was his own idea but he had to admit he was impressed by the manipulation despite the frustration. There was nothing sluggish about his movements now as he felt Levi's hips roll up.

This was entirely new territory but just like with any expedition, he would always press onward without looking back. He allowed himself to smirk for a moment, those blue eyes glinting.]

Yes, I am, very much so. Now pants off. [There was only so much he could do in this position with one arm after all but that wasn't exactly going to stop him.]

[ Conceding himself to Erwin's lead was all par for the course and a familiar sensation he could latch onto, keeping his thoughts from short-circuiting, overwhelmed by how far they were plunging themselves into uncharted territory.

Levi pulled himself up with his arms wrapped around Erwin's shoulder and muffled his own need to come back with some sneering remark or worse, some embarrassing moan in a demanding, biting kiss. Feet trailing up Erwin's thigh and deftly working on his pants with the elastic waistband between his toes then kicked off the bed. He hissed, grinding against Erwin when the exposed skin chilled and then warmed against skin and the cool morning air. ]

[Erwin kissed him back just as hard, his teeth pulling at Levi's bottom lip. The way Levi didn't question the order without even a remark and was grinding against him was telling enough.

But he didn't stop to comment on it, instead moving his hand down to wrap around Levi, returning the favor in kind to get him riled up even more as he moved his hand, slowly at first just to tease him.]

[ Sensation and reaction similar to being doused in ice water Levi's gasp hot against Erwin's mouth, and the muscles in his legs rendered useless he fought with himself to preserve some modicum of restraint and keep from crying out. Fingernails dug into Erwin's shoulders threatening to break the skin. ]

You asshole [ Eyes screwed tight and face red Levi pulled away only long enough to bury his forehead in the nape of Erwin's neck to just quiet himself. ]

[There it was, the reaction Erwin had been looking for, not bothering to stop himself from chuckling breathlessly as he moved his hand against him, looking for those sensitive spots that really made Levi come undone. ]

I thought you would like that. [He murmured, having a feeling he would have marks to show on his shoulders later but it was certainly worth it.]

[ Face burning, sweat pooling in the small of his back he was reduced to a shivering mess when Erwin, damnable Erwin, learned as he went and spoke thickly so close Levi could feel his breath condensate on his skin. Levi retaliated, biting and tugging at the soft skin of Erwin's neck and just below the ear. ]

Go to hell- [ Swear caught in his throat and died on his tongue, curling into himself and clinging to Erwin he covered his mouth with his hand and choked down his own moaning as he broke apart in Erwin's hand and came undone. ]

[Erwin groaned at that bite, he was rather liking how rough Levi could be. He was liking it a great deal as he bucked his hips against Levi, still worked up just as much, very pleased with himself.

But seeing Levi just falling apart under him was truly a sight to behold, hearing the muffled moan. He didn't stop moving his hand until he felt Levi finish, only then shifting to press a kiss against his collarbone, his hand coming to rest on his hip.]

[ Levi, panting and numb, fell back against the headboard arms thrown limp around Erwin fingers idly stroking the short stubble of hair on the back of his neck and the reddening puckered skin where he raked his teeth. Perhaps now too roughly, in retrospect. Though Erwin seemed to like it, and of course he did. There was a ringing in his ears in the wake of losing himself that he waited out for the dull throb to bleed back into the rhythmic sounds of rain pelting the windows and their own labored breathing.

Reprieve winding down Levi found his second wind and pushed himself up on his elbows and back on his shaking knees. Nudging against Erwin's chest he made his intentions clear without saying a word for Erwin to move back and let allow him to finish where left off. ]

[Erwin felt the sting from Levi's bite vaguely even as Levi's fingers brushed against it, right now not able to care that it would leave a visible mark for others to see.

He didn't need to be told twice when Levi nudged him, rolling over onto his back. It gave his left arm a break, as it had been shaking slightly from the effort of holding himself up for such a long time. He wrapped his arm around Levi's shoulder, encouraging him to keep going.]

[ Balls of his feet propped against the headboard cold against the hard wood he adjusted himself with knees bent and turned on his side laid across Erwin's thighs. Now more self-assured, retracing his steps his fingers were deft and he didn't balk at the jump this time pulling Erwin into his mouth without preamble head bopping and face flushed he kept his eyes fixed on Erwin's. ]

[Erwin didn't look away as he gripped Levi's side. With how worked up he was as it was, he knew he wasn't going to be able to last long, not with the way Levi was using his fingers, the feel of his mouth.

He had to bite his bottom lip to keep from making any loud noises but his grip on Levi would most likely leave a bruise. But he was unraveling under Levi's gaze, it was clear to tell and it wasn't long before he had to completely let go without any warning, breaking eye contact finally.]

[ All quite literally touch and go Levi comported himself going on Erwin's reactions; the trick was to at least look like he knew what he was doing. Fingers moved and squeezed where and how tightly it elicited a stronger reaction; his cheeks hollow and sucks in. Eyes snap shut and the muscles in his sides gripped under Erwin's hand twitch when he jolts his head bent forward when Erwin peaks. Fingers press into the inside of Erwin's thighs when he pulls up, the back of his other hand rubbing his swollen mouth and masking his sharp gasps for air before he rolls forward and drops down like dead weight beside Erwin. ]

[Erwin's breaths were ragged as he looked back at Levi, sinking back into the pillow once the other dropped down beside him, overwhelmed at how Levi was able to find those subtle ways to make it more intense.

It takes a moment for his breathing to steady once more as he looked over at Levi without saying anything. It was different, entirely new territory for them both but he only rolled to wrap an arm around Levi's waist.]

Change the sheets. [ Levi intoned finding the best way to take advantage of the afterglow. Adamant as he was about it he was momentarily mollified by the arm thrown over him, wriggling in closer to feel the steady rise and fall of Erwin's chest and slowing beat of his heart. ]

In a moment. [Erwin muttered quietly, the mess disregarded for a moment as Levi moved closer. It was still raining softly outside and for now they could just lie there, enjoying the peace while it lasted.]

Erwin [ Levi carped and shoved his boney hand into Erwin's side, any urgency dulled by his voice still rough with exhaustion. ] I'll get a washcloth- clean us off. [ Whether that was meant to persuade Erwin or the desire to be clean outweighing Levi's sudden urge to fall back asleep was moot. ]

[Erwin made a noise of protest as Levi shoved away, he really didn't want to have to git up but he did let go as Levi mentioned the washcloth. He supposed getting back to sleep wasn't going to be happening until Levi left for work at least.]

Alright, thank you, Levi.

[ Levi rolled off the bed with a low grunt, sore and stiff in his march to the connecting master bathroom. Water started running, Levi swearing once when something was knocked over before he came out with a basin of hot water with a washcloth left in to soak; his thighs poking out from under his shirt raw and red, having already subjected himself to his usual ablutions before coming out. Still wearing nothing but a large shirt this one was different- clean, and because Levi was more concerned with tidying up than he was getting dressed.

The bed depressed under his weight as he sat with his knees on the edge of the mattress. Basin on the nightstand he wrung the washcloth over it tight in a white knuckle grip. Water hot but not unbearably so Levi didn't offer any warning running it over Erwin's abdomen and inner thighs. Fortunately for them the mess appeared to stayed on them, but it wasn't like Levi was willing to meet his own ridiculous standards half way. He worked quickly and clinical only offering Erwin so much as the odd glance in his direction until he was bent over the nightstand rinsing the washcloth out again. ]

It's my day off. [ Without looking up Levi broke the silence and gentle sound of the steadily going rainfall. His brows furrowed as he scrubbed his hands over the basin and every word sounding like an afterthought. ] Thought you should know.

[While Levi was in the bathroom, Erwin slowly propped himself up. Now that the afterglow was faded, he could feel the ache down his left arm and some pain in his right shoulder which he stubbornly tried to ignore. It wasn't as bad as it used to be but still not as much as improvement as far as he was concerned.

There was no protest when Levi came back with the basin and began running the wash cloth over his inner thighs, only shifting slightly to make it easier for him. But he didn't take his eyes off of Levi, raising his eyebrows.] Ah, I thought you usually worked these days.

[Given he was retired, he usually didn't have much of a schedule most days himself, he had been planning on getting some reading done, perhaps a walk if he was feeling up for it.]

Well shit if you're that eager to get me out.

[ Levi snapped without any real venom to his words as he finished up. Fitted sheets left on the bed more so he wouldn't have to throw Erwin off than anything the crumbled sheets that remained were balled up and thrown into the laundry basket by the bathroom door. The folding door to the linen closet snapped shut and Levi fell back onto the bed, fresh sheets haphazardly thrown over himself. ]

[Erwin chuckled quietly at that, once Levi flopped back into bed he rolled over carefully onto his right side so as not to cause himself more pain, his left arm lazily laid over Levi's waist.]

I suppose you can stay then. [He teased, amused. He was sure eventually they would have to get up, do things but that wasn't right now.]

[ Under the sheets Levi shot Erwin a withering stare, lip curling before he rolled onto his other side with his back to Erwin just as the other threw his arm around him. It wasn't until it became uncomfortably warm that Levi stirred again. Legs twisted up in the sheets Levi wriggled about mindful of Erwin, pushing himself back on his knees while less than subtly working Erwin's considerably heavier upper body on his lap.

Why it was he never tried to ascribe special meaning to it, but moments like these he found it relaxing to run his hands through someone's hair in slow caresses. Neither he nor Erwin were especially affectionate for several reasons, but it was Levi's own habit he never was able to shake. ]

[The look wasn't noticed as Erwin was comfortable enough, his eyes drifting close for a bit, barely stirring when Levi rolled over. He only opened his eyes when Levi shifted up on his knees, at first confused as to what he was doing.

Erwin didn't mind letting Levi shifting so his head was on his lap, letting his arm fall to the bed by Levi's side as he settled down once more. There was no attempting to figure out what this meant, though he had to admit he did find it rather relaxing. But he said nothing, only smiling slightly with his head turned away from Levi as he let his eyes slowly close once more.]
