► Another character replies and is struck with the sudden urge to take care of them (bringing them soup, extra blankets, Sudafed, sexual healing, what have you).

[Dara heaves a sigh.]

What do you want me to do, Stiles? Stay or go?

Hey, I'm the sick one here. You don't get to lose what little sense of humor you have.

I think you're severely overestimating my sense of humor, Stilinski.

[And yet, she smirks a little at that.]

I think you're severely underestimating it, grumpy panties.

[That's the delirium talking. Don't kill him.]

[Dara gives him a small smile and leans forward, brushing sweaty hair off his forehead before pressing her lips to the skin there.]

Get some rest, smart ass.

[Her lips felt cool against his forehead and his eyes closed while he let out a soft hum.]

You stayin' or goin'?

I'll stay until you fall asleep, okay?

[teenyoda]

'Kay. You can watch something. If you want. Laptop's over there.

[Giving him another small smile, Dara kisses his forehead again, nodding.]

Okay, sweetie. Rest up.

Sweetie?

[He cracked an eye at that, looking up at her.]

You sure I'm the one with the fever?

[saludarlaloba]

You're sick. I'm being nice. Don't read into it, Stilinski. Get some rest.

[teenyoda]

Oh, I'm gonna get some rest. Get some rest and think about you callin' me sweetie...

[He grinned as his eyes closed again and he rolled onto his side, hand tucking under his cheek.]

[Shaking her head and smiling a little, even as she rolls her eyes, Dara is endeared a little by that.]

Yeah, all right, you. Sweet dreams, then. If you need anything, let me know.

[Because she's said she's leaving when he falls asleep, but she won't. She'll either fall asleep, too, slumped in the chair or she'll climb in beside him and curl herself against the far side of the bed up against the wall and let his steady heartbeat lull her to sleep. Watching him look so rundown has her inclined to do the latter, if she's honest with herself.]

[He certainly wouldn't object to her crawling into bed with him. He might be a bit surprised when he woke up to see her there, but he'd also be kind of... more than a little okay with it.]
