S.S.S.S.S.S.S MEME; redux, by request

You've surely seen something similar. An ensemble of people unique people all brought together to face off against equally unique threats that cannot be overcome with conventional methods. The squad has few members but has existed in some form for a very long time indeed.
"There was an idea. To bring together a group of remarkable people. So when we needed them, they could fight the battles that we never could."
1 Post your character to the meme outlining a few details about them and what sort of role they play on or opposing the team. Additionally, playing someone caught up in the squad's business without any connection to them is also possible.
2 Tag others, either using some of the prompts below or of your own. Presuming CR will usually be implied, but playing a newbie to the team is good too.

BONUS PROMPTS

Feda Gandamak | OC
In day to day and low danger missions he's typically unreliable, reckless and negligent, quite often more trouble than he's worth. But he has a well earned reputation for being excellent in an emergency. When not officially a part of operations, he's usually off doing the same sort of thing somewhere else anyway. His speciality is being nearly impossible to kill via regenerative powers and being able to return damage to whatever attacked him, though he has enhanced physical abilities (in particular a sense of smell off the scale) too. All this stems from his nature as a rare cousin species of human, a Mage whose magic is a part of his biology.
Hank Pym (Ant Man) | Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes
Henry Pym is a scientist; his main field of study is biology, though he also dabbles in robotics, geology, particle physics, chemistry, and whatever else catches his interest. Through his studies, he discovered a particle that allows him to shrink down to a few millimetres in size while maintaining the strength and speed of a normal sized man, or grow up to roughly four times in height with his strength being multiplied by how much he grows.
However, Pym is also a pacifist; while he wants to use science to help people, this also includes the villains. Violence is always a last resort for him, which may put him in conflict with his own teammates, or make him easier to manipulate if villains pretend to be reformed. He's fairly sure to having powers, and he's not sure if this is the best way to use them.]

Despite his destructive goal to destroy society itself, his Church of Madness has always had faithful members and always will, so long as humans seek the easy way to escape their fears. He has also been known to align himself with destructive beings, offering them assistance for the sake of furthering his own ultimate goals.
[Bonus option!]
Following his latest defeat, Asura was not once again sealed but successfully placed under control instead. Now a single member of the squad can give him direct orders, which is he is forced to undertake to the best of his ability.
[Extra bonus option!]
After being supposedly defeated once and for all, Asura in fact possessed a member of the squad. Now imitating them, he seeks to destroy from the inside in order to avoid their meddling in the future.
Eko Yonekura | Classmate Kamimura Yuuka Said This | ota
*As a practical upshot of all of this, she's a highly skilled combatant who combines a soldier's training with the superhuman capabilities of her robot body. She also has a high degree of mechanical knowledge, as Heidimarie's unit was assigned to run support missions for her military's mecha forces. If a machine needs to be repaired, improvised, or destroyed, she's the one to call!*
*Totally fine with AUing her background for the purposes of the scenario /o/*
Mordin Solus | Mass Effect | OTA
Mordin doesn't seem to mind being stranded very much, viewing this as a fantastic opportunity to study Earth's culture and people while saving lives. He does sometimes come into conflict with his peers though, due to ruthless or eccentric actions and his refusal to share potentially valuable alien technology with a 'primitive' race like humanity.
The Major | Hellsing | OTA, warning for being a goddamn Nazi
The Major is utterly insane and completely obsessed with war in all its forms. He has no real goal or ideology beyond bloodshed for the sake of his own entertainment. Despite this, he routinely manages to find new resources and minions after every defeat, devising new ways to threaten the world and vex the Squad.

Lady Evangeline Nix, Occult Crypto-biologist || OC
Of her own accord, Eva naturally has eidetic memory and can recall virtually any text she has read, or anything she has written down. This is not a super power, but one some humans are simply blessed with.
If the story takes place after 1893, Evangeline will have become, in essence, a vampire, though a very tame and isolated one. She has heightened senses, and doesn't sleep. She is however physically not very strong and may be somewhat reserved in mannerism, possibly to the point of being described as "shy".
If the story takes place after the second World War, Evangeline will have transitioned from lady adventurer and biologist to a sort of highly focused research librarian due to a sudden aversion to modernity and the passing of years. She can be found in the team's (inevitable) library or research space, where she may be called upon to retrieve or interpret virtually any piece of folkloric information presented to her.
[Eva is best suited for B.P.R.D, League of Extraordinary Gentleman and Penny Dreadful style organizations/groups.]
