Nott rubs his hip where he banged it on impact, so he doesn't deal with surprises that well first thing in the morning, sue him.

"Uh... yeah... soon as I figure out how we ended up in my-" Nott quickly looks around, yep this was his room for sure. "-bed together."

He's just glad that he's still got clothes on. How drunk did he get last night?

"Figures you wouldn't remember." Augustus says as he turns to sit on the bed. He's in just his wife-beater shit. Then again, he doesn't wear pants often anyway.

"You got drunk. Really drunk. Then you tried to eat a bowl of liquor-chocolates. I brought you home and the next thing I know, you pulled me into the bed. You wouldn't let me go so I just went to sleep."

"Aw crap, yeah that sounds like me. Sorry man." Nott rubbed his shoulder as he struggled up to his feet. "Thanks for bringing me home...Uh..."

Augustus didn't have any pants on... why didn't Augustus have any pants on? Nope not asking, Nott just averts his eyes.

"So, uh, breakfast. What do you want?"

Because pants were overrated. You should have noticed he never wore them Nott.

"Whatever you got. I'm not picky." The feline said. He had grown up mostly with stale cereal so anything Nott had in the kitchen would be better than what he usually got.

Nott had spend to much time around humans, he'd berate himself later for over reacting.

"Uh... well you stopped me from being even more stupid than usual so I'll try to make you something nice." Nott said as he walked out. A short while later the sounds and smells of bacon and eggs frying would be coming from the kitchen.

Augustus slid out of the bed and looked around. He found his poncho and wrapped it around himself. He walked out of the room and followed the sounds and smells of breakfast to the kitchen. He leaned against the doorframe into the kitchen and watched the fox.

"So, do you always get a hard-on for cuddling when you're drunk?" Sure, he could be nice but Augustus was not about to let this change to embarrass Nott pass him by.

Nott twitched at the sound of Augustus's voice, now that he was more awake, even though his head was pounding, he was pretty sure he remembered a little more than cuddling. He wasn't quite sure how to feel about that.

"What can I say?" Nott said shrugging as if he wasn't embarrassed. "I cling to things in my sleep."

Nott looked over at the cat, trying to get a little more control over the situation. "Do you always let drunk guys drag you into their bed?"

"Obviously." Augustus replied to the cling comment. He stepped into the kitchen to steal a look at the food. A real breakfast. He could cook some things, had to learn at his house, but having someone cook for you felt a little nice. Not that he was going to say it. He chuckled and shook his head at the next question.

"Not usually but you were pretty insistent. Besides, it wasn't so bad."

"Wasn't so bad?" Nott fought to keep his expression neutral as he started dishing up the food. "Say stuff like that and people might start getting the wrong idea."

Or the right idea, or just any idea where he stood would do really.

"Last I checked, it's just us in here." Augustus said. He leaned toward Nott a little. "Or do you think I'm gonna tell people what happened last night? What kind of person do you think I am?"

[Nott glanced around for cameras.] You don't have to tell in this city.

But I guess I really wasn't making that bit up huh? [Nott pushed his food around the plate a little. So it was real and Augustus didn't look particularly put out by it...]

Just so you know...I don't... well I... [Nott shook his head almost laughing at himself.] Look at me getting all lame. If you're okay with it, I'm okay with it, I... just... got no idea what to do now.

[Nott shoves a fork full of bacon in his mouth before he can say anything else stupid, but at least he's being honest.]

[Augustus took a bite of his food as Nott rambled on. The last part caused an ear to twitch and the Siamese looked up at the fox. What to do now? What did he think this was? Or where it would lead? He almost chuckled but kept it in and his face neutral.]

That depends. We can just go on as is. Not like anything really happened last night. [At least as far as Augustus is concerned.]

Or there are other options. [Augustus took another bite of food.]

[Nott risked a look at Augustus swallowing before speaking again.]

Might be better to go on as is... I doubt starting something based on me doing stuff while I was drunk is a good idea.

But, you don't sound too opposed to 'Other options'. [Nott smirks.]...Was I that good a kisser?

[Augustus smirked as he swallowed his food.]

Wouldn't you like to you?

[Nott laughs.]

Jerk. After I made you breakfast too.

I'm surprised you didn't see it coming.

[And he went right back to eating.]

Got distracted by the hangover. [Nott shrugged and went back to his own food. Although he did steal a few looks, trying to decide if he wanted to leave things as it were, or try looking at their friendship in a new light.]

[Augustus's eyes meet Nott's every now and then as he looks up. He doesn't say much, just smirks at his friend as he takes another bite of food or a drink. Once he finishes, he breaks the silence.]

If you do get drunk again, make sure to call me. I don't think you'd like to become known as the fox who pulls anyone into his bed when he's drunk.
