( under the night sky )

STARGAZING - whether you're on a picnic blanket in a field, laying on the beach, or in the bed of a truck, you're with someone you care about and you're looking at the stars.
CAMPFIRE - camping is the most fun when you're with someone else. roasting marshmallows, telling stories. nature's got it goin' on.
PARKING - you're at the lover's lane, parked at the peak overlooking the city, it's just you and someone else in the car. maybe it's time to steam up the glass or hey, you guys can just talk if you want.
FIREWORKS - may it is the fourth of july, the new year, or just because, but there's fireworks shooting off and they're magical. or scary. it depends on what floats your boat.
LATE NIGHT SWIM - maybe you're at the beach or in the backyard pool or at the lake, maybe you're going to skinny dip or maybe you'll 'fall' in with all your clothes. either way, swimming at night is pretty much always fun.
SKY LANTERNS - perhaps you've lost someone dear and you want to do something to remember them by, maybe you're making a wish for the future.

Mmhuh. I'd kick a few drama boys' ass and get some kisses from my spoils. Those being you.

[ crack
so like, okay, it's been raining pretty hard, but wow, Rachel was not prepared for a shock of thunder to interrupt her, and she sucks in a breath, her hands tightening on his shoulders as her eyes blow wide. she's not really afraid of thunder and lightning, but that doesn't mean she isn't shocked by it when she's unprepared for it. the trees light up around them for a moment, though it's just a cloudy flash instead of a bolt. which is good, it means the actual storm is far off.
still, once the shock wears off, she's burying her face against his neck, laughing ]
Safest place to be in during a storm is the car, right? Does that- count if you're in a clearing in the middle of the woods?
[ at least they're not... right by the trees?? ]

We're safe here. This jeep is tough. Been through a lot. Just like me. If it can go through all that and keep on ticking, a little storm won't do anything to it. Besides, I wouldn't let anything happen to you.

Maybe we'll be stuck here all night.
[ like rain and thunder makes it impossible to drive shh ]

[He's grinning into the red froth of her hair, amused more than anything at the less than subtle attempts she made. Well, at least he always knew where he stood with her.]

I could... I could do that. I'm surprisingly warm for my size.
[Very bratty. But also very wrong. Stiles had bought some the day after she'd arrived at his house and sort of... put them in weird random places since what was logic? He currently had two in his wallet and one in the glove box. Don't judge him. He was hopeful.]

[ but she's still smiling against his ear, so maybe she is that corny. still, her teeth edge at his earlobe for a bit before she's sitting up to give him a proper kiss, one that's only interrupted by a small intake of breath at the next rumble of thunder that manages to catch her off guard ]

[He moved so that his hands slid up the back of her shirt, rubbing at her as he kissed her back, slowly so he could taste her.]
I'm starting to figure out that yes, you are that corny.

[ more like a thing about sudden, loud noises, but storms pretty much fit the bill, sure. his hands on her back makes her scoot forward on his lap as much as she can, so basically until her knees are pressed to the back of the seat behind him. which still doesn't bring her right on his lap, but if he scoots to the edge of the seat she maybe will be. still, she just wants to crowd in close. ]
I'm not corny. [ she bites his lower lip then, making a small hn sound ] You are.
