[Raven, or as she prefers to be called now, Mystique, didn't regret joining Erik's forces, not in the slightest. Sure, she missed Charles from time to time but that was only natural. She had grown up with him and he had accepted her for who she was before anyone else did...but Erik accepted her more. He didn't like her more-human form, he preferred her blue one and now? Well, now she was mutant and proud.

They were on the run and they were being followed. Someone had found out that Erik was gathering a group of mutants together and they didn't like it. They had wandered through the woods for days before they came to an abandoned house, both of them completely covered in mud. Thankfully the place that they found had running water in the form of a shower. Hot running water. It doesn't take Mystique long after they arrive to strip off and slip into the shower, enjoying the feel of the water over her blue skin. She closes her eyes and just lets the water run over her. She smiles a little to herself, eyes still closed as she hears Erik enter the bathroom.]
