[After a workout that good, Korra was seriously looking forward to the shower. Every part of her was either sore or covered in sweat. It sounded like the perfect way to cap off doing some of her favorite things. So, when she pushed open the door, she didn't think much of the extra stuff in the locker room.

People had bad habits of leaving things all the time.

She didn't even think anything of the steam on the mirror as she started to strip down to nothing. She grabbed her soaps and a towel and went straight for the shower.

So of course, when she saw someone else in the open bay showers, it hit her suddenly that she wasn't alone, and that she wasn't even in the company of another woman. No, that butt was definitely masculine. A blink.]

... Zuko?

[ In turn Zuko hadn't exactly expected anyone to show up in the middle of his shower either. The entire locker room had been completely empty when he went in, and he'd expected for it to be completely empty when he left too.

Honestly, Korra probably could have gotten away with sneaking in and sneaking right back out, avoiding any awkward confrontations altogether, if she hadn't decided to speak out loud.

Unfortunately (fortunately?), that wasn't the decision she made.

Zuko freezes where he is, suddenly aware he isn't as alone as he thought he was. Even worse, the person that is currently getting a nice view of his naked ass? A girl. Not just any girl, the Avatar if he's not totally mistaken about who that voice belongs to.

He starts to turn, and the realizes that might actually be worse to do, and stays right where he is, facing the wall, trying to figure out a way out of this situation. His towel isn't anywhere near him, so unless Korra turns around it's not like he can cover himself without exposing himself (even more) first.

In an accusatory tone, like she walked in here just to get a look. ]

[This was the weirdest situation that Korra had ever been in. Well, okay, there had been weirder ones, but this one ranked up there. Though, now that she'd seen the backside, she was curious about his front side. Her things were set down with a click.]

I was wanting to take a shower. I mean, this is a locker room!

[she could be a little sarcastic sometimes (sometimes). She started to turn on the shower, letting the water warm up before she approached him. He probably needed to relax, and to know that she was one of the guys.

Practically. For all intents and purposes.]

Hey, relax! It's not that big of a deal! ... I don't think so, anyway. C'mon, we could get to know each other.

[ If she really was one of the guys then there would be no reason that this would be a weird situation!

... Okay, no that's not true at all. Timelines folding in on themselves to bring them both together at the same point of time (at least a the same point of time where Zuko wasn't an old, wrinkly man that Korra would not want to see the front side of) was still pretty weird, but they'd covered that some time back.

He turns his head just slightly, so he can see her blurry image in his peripheral without looking at her straight on. ]

While showering together?
