1) Post with a question. Anonymously or not. It can be anything from hair care tips to questions on how to be a better villain.

2) Answer other people's questions.

3) Respond to answers. Upvote, downvote, thumbs up, thumbs down, give it a number of stars. Make sarcastic remarks. Impugn the responder's intelligence. Threadjacking is encouraged.
4) Defend your own responses. Remember, this is the Internet: everyone who disagrees with you is a dread enemy in need of some serious smacking down. Show no mercy.

If you really want to atone, just work on being a better person. And feel guilty enough that you never do it again, or else it doesn't count.
