[Nine doesn't often fall asleep not when there is so much to see and do in the universe. Romantic movies however....they make him relax and so Rose might find that that the dozing Doctor's head is now in her lap.]

They're on the roof again when it happens. He'd had a decent nights sleep the night before; a solid six hours, which was more than Chuck was used to of late. But tonight, even after Herc had nodded off and Max had settled on his bed beside Chuck's, the young pilot just couldn't sleep.

It hadn't taken him long to find Raleigh and they'd once again migrated to the roof, facing out over the Pacific Rim this time. The water was beautiful at night, the city lights reflecting off the surface and the Kaiju blue that infected everything these days even looks stunning in the almost black water.

It wasn't something he'd planned, but eventually, Chuck had nodded off, head resting on Raleigh's shoulder.

It was different being in District 12 with just Katniss and Haymitch. It wasn't bad, but different. He still had a hard time figuring out what was real and what wasn't. There was so much about himself that he'd lost, so much about he and Katniss together that he'd lost, but they were learning, they were growing back together, entwining and figuring each other out. Peeta was falling in love with her all over again and there were days that he was paranoid that too was somehow Snow's doing.

He didn't sleep as much as he should, but then that was probably still true for both of them. Today was a lazy day, that perfect end of spring, beginning of summer type day where the temperature was perfect; there was a slight breeze across the meadow and everything smelled green. They'd brought the scrapbook they'd just begun to work on, pencils for Peeta to sketch with and food to snack on. They'd done all of that for a little while spread out on a blanket. Peeta was the one that had ended up with his head in Katniss' lap and he'd fallen asleep.

He hadn't meant to, but then he rarely meant to fall asleep. He started awake, scream trapped in his throat, visions of 12 burning to ash in his head. Oh yes, Snow had shown him video of that over and over again. His hand instinctively reached out, snagging Katniss' wrist, a little too hard at first then looser as reality trickled in.

"Sorry," he apologized in a quick breath.

[How this even happened was a mystery to Caroline herself. Or, rather, it would have been a mystery to her if she had been awake. Typically, Klaus fell into the category of people that she never trusted herself to be around and her time with him was purposefully kept to a minimum. It wasn't that he was horrible to be around, which was surprising. It was that she constantly found herself overlooking everything he had done. And if she did that, how could she ever give Elena a hard time about Damon?

Maybe it was the lack of sleep these past few busy days or because she had been given a chance to take a breath and relax while in his presence, the blonde nodded off and slumped over against him. Admittedly, Klaus made an excellent pillow. And unless there was some sort of emergency, it was unlikely that he would push her off of him. Right?

Caroline would contemplate all of the controversial thoughts later. For now, she looked absolutely content to be leaned over against the man, at ease and relaxed.]
