Everyone feels jealous at one point or another, whether it's justified or not. What's important is how we deal with it... do we discuss it, fight about it, or plan epic revenge to carry out?

1 → wandering eye.

You think your lover has been looking at other's a little too often or flirting too much in your company. You can't keep quiet any longer about it.

 

2 → simple life

Your friend, family, or lover has always had it so much easier and you can't help but feel a little put off.

 

3 → don't you forget about me

Your friend or lover has found someone new they want to spend almost all their time with and you can't help but feel a little cheated.

 

4 → cheated

Forget just a sneaking suspicion. You've caught your lover in the act of cheating and it's driving you nuts. You have to confront them about it.

 

5 → for the glory

You did all the work, or at least you feel like you did, so why do they always get all the praise?

 

6 → moved on

You broke up or had a falling out with someone close to you and it's killing you to see how they've seemed to let go and you're stuck standing in place.

 

7 → because i want you

You're jealous of any attention they get because you're secretly in love with them. Time to make it known!

 

8 → always the favourite

Everyone always praises them or they were clearly the favourite child or just more popular with friends. You can't help but hate it.

 

9 → more experience

they're more experienced, either in the bedroom or in the office. Any activity, they outshine you. Who wouldn't feel a little inferior?

 

10 → your choice!

[He pops some kind of finger food sized thing into his mouth as well, after tossing Magnus a smartass grin.]

[ Magnus puts on a thoughtful look. ]

Hm. No, I don't believe I remember seeing 'Insufferable Prick' on the list.

And yet somehow so many faeries seem to have made it in.

The faeries aren't so bad. It's the cocky Shadowhunters crashing my party that I mind.

[ More like, he minds this cocky Shadowhunter that's interested in all the girls and not him. ]

Now it would hardly be a party if nobody crashed it, would it? I mean, really, the last thing I'd expect you to want was a dull affair.

I'd be perfectly okay with anybody else crashing my party. Really, anybody.

[identitycrisis]

And why is it, exactly, that you reserve such a special distaste just for moi?

[bootsandboys]

[ Crossing his arms over his chest. ]

[ Answering questions with questions. A great avoidance tactic. ]

Well, jealousy's always a possibility. [He cracks a huge grin, leaning forward conspiratorially.] Most people are. You don't have to be ashamed.

[bootsandboys]

Jealous? Of you? Hah! Listen closely, Shadowhunter, because I'm not going to repeat myself. I don't get jealous. Especially not of somebody like you.

[ Slightly envious of all those girls on your arm, though? Maybe just a tad. ]

[identitycrisis]

Somebody "like me"?

[ Now he grins and raises an eyebrow. ] Gotta problem?

[identitycrisis]

Just waiting to hear the definition.

Like you. Cocky, snarky, reckless. But charming, with a nice bad-boy attitude, and loyal to those you love.

[ He blinks. Because, uh, that didn't go where he meant for it to. ]

[Or what he was expecting to hear ._.

Watch out there, warlock. Those almost sounded like compliments.

Not compliments. Just truths. You do have a bad-boy attitude, you are loyal to certain people, and you do have a charming personality. Anybody would say so.

And here I thought Magnus Bane wasn't just "anybody."

Oh, I almost forget to mention. You have an irritating ability of getting under peoples' skin.

I thought that fell under the 'charming' category, personally.
