You're a pop star, or a royal, or maybe even the last of your kind who will bring about the Earth's redemption. Whatever the case may be, you're in a position that may be a bit dicey if you attract the wrong kind of attention.
And you're a bodyguard, a soldier, a knight - a protector. Somehow, you've been roped into protecting this person. You'll be rewarded, of course. The work may be cut out for you, but just do your job, keep your head down, and it'll go smooth.
Except for when the two of you break the bounds of professionalism and feelings begin to flourish. Being in such close quarters may get you to see the other in a different light, and saving someone's life just may be the ultimate form of intimacy.
Could this be the real danger? To feel so strongly for the one you've sworn to protect...are you compromised?

Feel free to play anything: the beginnings of the relationship, just meeting, getting used to each other/not getting along at first, the obligatory first time, a threat on the protected's life and how their protector responds, how the feelings between the two has changed the protection, etc. Your only limit is you. |

And with Serah--I fought an invisible giant named Atlas we stopped together. Only it's arm was visible. I took the risk to climb up it and by luck I hit it's head!!
[His grin is at his cheekiest when he talks about that time. He is trying to test out, as well as remind himself that he can talk about Serah. He can remember her face and her voice without it bringing him misery... Because Lapis is right. Serah would not want him to punish himself for trying. She wanted him....to have a happy life. ]

They are... Similar to gardens, and they have things that you can play on, like swings... They're nice to walk around in, and they can be fun too... [Not saying that the things like swings are for kids, since Lapis tends to play on them whenever she had the chance.

I saw a garden for the first time when... I first traveled through time. Everyone in Serah's village planted vegetables and flowers. I always dreamt of growing something since then but never had the time.
[When he's asked he's ready to go... he walks by and looks down at Lapis with a warm smile.]

[As he speaks his eyes are closed tight and he waves his hand in front of his face. When he opens his eyes, he focuses on how he can see the heat of his breath into the air. He's seen this before, but didn't focus on it back then. He is so new to so many things it's probably amazing.]

Ah--Yes! I have been somewhere cold! But I did not focus on it for very long. Constantly fighting and running, then teleported right out. It wasn't until I've arrived here that life...has been so slow that I could notice everything around me so keenly.
